I have stayed at the Four Seasons, Epic, and SLS across the street and this is now at the top of the list, fabulous location as it is part of the Brickell City Center Mall, spectacular chic hidden gem of a restaurant/cocktail bar in the back that is secluded and makes you feel are off on a date "

"originally we thought we booked a 2-room room for 4 people (all adults), however it turned out to be a 2-bed room and the room was really too small for 4 people to stay (ideally the room can accommodate 4 people). other than this i think this hotel is nice and comfort. they also provide coffee and tea as well as fruit (free) in the morning in lobby. the free metro is just opposite to the hotel, so good for tourists."

"the hotel is in downtown miami which is a run-down part of town with little appeal. the art museum is close, other than that there is nothing much else close by. shops and restaurants in brickell are about 10 minutes driving away, the closest beaches are in miami beach 20 minutes driving away. the hotel is clean, bed is comfortable. my room was marketed as having ‚city view‘, which is a stretch given that the window was above my height and i only could see the wall of the adjacent building. good for a short stay, but nothing for longer stays."

"A great new health and wellness brand from IHG with exercise mats in the rooms. There's also a foam roller (useful after a long flight) and various yoga and other paraphernalia. Staff member Keisha kindly allocated a room based on my room request, and other staff members were similarly helpful and professional. It's close to the airport, with a shuttle every 30 minutes. It's also just five minutes' walk from the metro station, from where one can reach downtown Miami and Brickell in no time. All round, it was a great stay."

"This is a great, neat and tidy spot to stay. We only stayed one night after a cruise, nice large bed, decent bathroom and great connection to the train to the airport. Seemed like a safe area in the time we were there, close to a nice open air shopping centre. Staff were all really polite and gave us some great tips on where to shop/eat close by. Not much personality but clean, affordable and easy! "

"The location of the hotel was ideal as it was near the port where we disembarked from our cruise. For that reason, we noticed that most of the guests in this hotel were either "pre-cruise" or "post cruise" given its proximity to the cruise center. On checking-in, the receptionist staff was very pleasant,friendly and efficient. Notably, the staff at the bell-desk was extremely helpful. Besides taking care of the luggage, they also double-up as concierge and recommended interesting tours and eating places. The hotel is also well situated in downtown Miami with close proximity to shops and eating places. All in all, we had a pleasant stay. The hotel is also in the downtown area and walking distance to most of the major shops."

"Had it not this hotel, our first time to visit Miami won't be truly fulfilling. The hotel staff was kind enough to give us a room with a nice location of the river. We walked to the American Airlines Arena the home of the Miami Heat Team + the Miami Beach was truly amazing. Thank you Agoda!"
