Pleasant location to stay”
I stayed at H&T, to start a full day trip from there to visit some elephants in Ban Don, about 40km distance, which is also interesting village itself with authentic old houses and ethnic cemetries. The staff in hotel was very kind, brought me by bike to the public bus station, destined to Ban Don. Recommended for travellers "off the beaten track".

Good things: price, staff Bad things: Very noisy because the wind hit the wall and windows. I can not work and sleep normally. The mattress is too old for me, even though it is covered by a clean wrap. The review of the "double standard room".

Great place, bit far from city center but its quiet at night. Budget room is decent. Staff is realy friendly and they try to help as much as they can. Worth getting there

A bit far from the centre but great value!”
Best value in BMT. It's a bit far from the centre but we hired a motorbike at the hotel which makes everything quite easy, 5 minutes drive and you're at the centre of town. The room itself is nice, small bathroom but totally fine. Facilities are quite new and there is an elevator. No fridge in the room but cable TV and A/C (not all the rooms have A/C!). The only complaint is that our room wasn't very clean, the table beside the bed had old coffee spillage all over the floor. For the price we paid I think it was just fine.

Nice Hotel, Nice Service and Nice people”
The hotel is pretty nice with many kinds of available rooms from 100000 (with big window no ac) - 300000 VND/night. However, It's far from the city entertainment center about 2 km as well as its road is so empty to go out in the evening. The staff is nice and friendly.

good hotel if you want to save money”
The room is not clean. there is no window so I felt the room is dark. Staff can speak English, but not very well. They are so kind. The place of hotel is far from the center of town. You can rent a motorbike about 7 dollors per a day. I only recommend this hotel to the men who trip alone and want to save money. I do not recommend to the couple.

The place is near the hospital in town so it's a little far from the central market but the beds were amazing and it had everything we needed. The staff was also really helpful. I wish we found a place like this everywhere, for the price we paid you can't beat it.

Decently priced, not much else”
Room could have been cleaner, but the price was decent. It's on the outskirts of the city, but it's a short walk to the main street. If you use taxis, it's not a problem, but if you prefer walking, it can be a little disconcerting at night. Be aware (as listed on their page) that some rooms don't come with AC.

Stuff was helpless ever”
One of two receptionists really didn't know what is hospitality is. Always not smile , not friendly at all. And helpless ever. I've got one roommate who got serious injured, so he asked me to get his dinner because he couldn't go out. I got friend in another hotel and we ate together and talked a lot, so it got late after. I thought maybe the roommate got dinner from another person, so I called the hostel to talk with him about that. But the receptionist just asked my room number and after she knew I don't remember the number , just repeated ' If you don't know your room number, I can't do anything for you' Her attitude is pretty bad . Her customer got serious injured, and another customer tries to help him. Why she didn't try to help. I really can't understand. I never recommend this hostel for anyone for sure.

Well, the description was 20m2 room but the actual room was around 15m2. Light in bathroom was not enough to use. Room was dirty, staffs asked some stupid questions.
