Loving this hotel and I’ll return in the near future for sure! First night the foreign front desk staff was rather unfriendly maybe she was too stressful. Front desk staffs are local and they are extra friendly when I checked out after 2 nights, I feel the treatment is so different. However, they don’t influence my stay. I love the Qube! It’s so spacious and everything is clean and easy. Best of all, it’s not crowded and maybe it’s located in a business district. The breakfast is too pricey for the limited choices but the view from the breakfast place is amazing. Worth the price :)

Great hotel, excellent service from all departments. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, not cramped like some of the bigger brand hotels. Although it's a 15-minute walk from the train station, it's quiet and peaceful. There are plenty of food options available. Suitable for those who want a quiet and peaceful stay, away from the hustle and bustle of Tokyo.

The room is huge and clean. Upon check-in the front desk receptionist explained everything including the time of usage of Spa And Sauna, unfortunately when I got in the Spa, the Sauna was OFF so I called the front desk.. somebody came but didn’t bother to explain why is it off. So I went back in the morning hoping it’s okay already.. unfortunately it is still OFF, I was disappointed because one of the reason I chose the hotel is because of the onsen and sauna…

For the price of a budget hotel you get a 4 stars spacious room inclusive of breakfast. Hotel was formerly known as Candeo hotel. Location was not ideal as it is not within walking distance to JR Chiba station but taxis are reasonable at about ¥1200 per trip to SOGO and JR Chiba station. Not many eateries around but fortunately there is a big Don Quixote next door where you can get abundant Bentos at reasonable prices. There is a cafe behind serving western dishes. Breakfast was adequate and the hotel's restaurant only serves lunch. Overall not too bad for the price I paid but would consider other hotels nearer to the station should I next visit.
