10 mins drive to airport”
Convenient and friendly staff. The apartment was clean as everything was new except for some stains on the sofa and it was still damp. Other than that, I’m happy with my stay at Central Park Residence.

It is known that room cleaning is provided only once per 15 days of a long stay. In-room amenities are located in the closet. A sliding door that can be opened sideways. If you have any questions about the next use, please call us and we will help. Thank you for your use.

The mattress at the loft was good but the futon for the other 2 guests was extremely thin and placed next to the curtains which was rather dusty. The good thing is that they had a washing machine and detergent was provided. The towels were rather dirty and do not recommend using them.

A good enough option for short stay!”
Jeju Central Park Residence is less than 10 minutes away from Jeju International Airport, ideal for those traveling to Jeju for the first time and are mostly touring Jeju Island via group tours. The advantages of this lodging during my trip are the following: 1) Close proximity to the International Airport, which has a lot of cabs For first-time travelers, this is a plus. We later realized that there are more cabs near the airport and less so in other areas of Jeju City, which is not as commuter-friendly as Seoul or Busan. While there are cabs, we found it relatively difficult to hail one randomly while going around Jeju City (i.e., I think locals use the Kakao Taxi app or other ride-hailing apps that need a Korean SIM. We didn't have a Korean SIM, so we weren't able to use any taxi-hailing app). Having this lodging meant we were able to get to and from the airport with relative ease, and there is also a bus line that stops near the airport (if you are not able to hail a cab). 2) Size of the room and bathroom This is value for money when considering the relatively large size of the room, the amenities within the room (e.g., kitchenette, microwave, washing machine), and the layout of the bathroom (e.g., Korean style wet room with glass enclosure for the shower--a PLUS for foreigners who don't like a full wet room!). One disadvantage is that this lodging is more like a serviced apartment rather than a hotel. Front desk staff is largely there at night and absent during the day. Their function is mainly to facilitate your arrival, but they leave you alone for the rest of the stay up until checkout (e.g., They were unfortunately not helpful when our toilet clogged and we requested for some maintenance). Manage expectations regarding the staff and facilities. That said, is a value-for-money option for a short stay in Jeju City!

The room is clean and equipped with washing machine/dryer, microwave oven, induction cooker, and refrigerator. It is very good for family to stay as simple cooking and washing of daily laundry can be done in the room. The room provided many clothes hangers which was very thoughtful as there were many pieces to hang up especially during the winter time. There were many restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance. The hotel is near many shopping streets so you could shop after meals.

We rented a car to drive around Jeju. The hotel is very near the airport and shopping areas. Room is relatively clean and has all the essential items. Just that some towels had stains. During our stay, we had to contact front desk but found it quite challenging unless you have a Korean number.

Ok but parking inconvenient ”
Rooms were OK and they had usb charging points. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Parking was mostly by way of a car lift which took time when you're in a rush. They had about 5 spaces at the entrance.

Overall Experience”
This location is really good with nearby amenities like GS25, 7-11 and CU convenience stores. There are really good BBQ restaurants nearby that serves both pork and beef. the only drawback is parking, there are only 4 parking lots (only SUVs or bigger) to park infront of hotel. then there is 16 mechanical lots that is really not that straight forward to learn from. the nearest parking lot is 3 min walk away and you can only park there from 2030hrs to 1200hr the next day with a collection of parking ticket from the front desk.

Loft unit and the stairs were really high. Difficult even for young and abled person. The foton provided was really thin like a blanket. Location was great to use as a base to travel around Jeju if u drive and Free parking. Lotsa eateries around the area.
