Wonderful staycation”

I was on a trip with my fiancé to the beach. I can say that staff handle situations pretty well even it’s a bit crowded. Me and my fiancé got offered to upgrade our room to deluxe room and the experience exceeded my expectations. Will return and book this hotel in near future once we go back to the beach.

Great hotel ”

This was a great hotel with wonderful staff. The staff helped me book a day tour at a fantastic price. They were so friendly and even gave my children a bag of candy to take with them! The room and hotel were clean with everything I needed for a great stay. The only negative would be the location with Covid going on. Since the decline of tourism, most of the hotels and restaurants around this hotel are closed down. Be prepared to walk or grab a taxi if you want to do anything in the town. This area of town is deserted for right now.

Lovely room”

Lovely and clean room. Tv in the room is smart TV so you can connect with internet and so on. Just make sure to sign out of your account. If you're a couple or on your honeymoon, it's perfect because the bathroom can stay clear 😉. But if you're family or friends travelling together, you can pull down the curtain, (although water might flash around a bit). Hotel has simple but decent facilities and is near Ha Long centre. Overall it was a good night sleep for us with a comfy bed.

Lovely hotel, I highly recommend ”

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. We really enjoyed the breakfast and found many lovely restaurants nearby to enjoy dinner. The location is very close to the beach in a quiet part of town but close to sun world and the night market. I would recommend this hotel to any travellers to Halong

Pros: friendly staff, walking distance to beach, decent hotel. Cons: 30+ mins walking to halong intenational port and queen cable car, but can take grab to there. Not much food and restaurant at this area, basically surrounded by empty shoplot.

Cute hotel”

I love the design of this hotel. I posted pictures on Facebook and people are crazy about the tub.! Haha It’s such a lovely, quiet street, and in walking distance to the night market. The staff were very caring.

Hotel was clean and beautiful. Staff was helpful & friendly. Breakfast choice was limited but overall still ok to fill our stomach. Guess this is due to low occupancy rate. But no choice, due to covid, many restaurants nearby was closed down. But overall was a pleasant stay.
