This is the first 5stars hotel in Ha Tinh provice, and everything are new and luxury I stay on 33th floor, It's very nice view, the good design of room make you can see all view around the hotel, It's also have Vinmart the department store at the same area all are clean and good and new but have something I want to suggest 1. when I stay here in the tet holiday 1 week the problem of taxi still can see, one day I can not catch the taxi to go out! that's the normal problem in tet occasion of Vietnam, but your 5stars hotel you must manage for this problem, it's must be in the international 5stars standard 2. the clean of hotel is not only because it's new, but because the system of cleaning one day in morning, in the table of lobby, I can see the glass of table not clean, I don't known why? clean the table in lobby is very important in the other 5 stars standard 3. the bath kit like soap, if I use one, next day must replace one, it's standard no need to ask, I must say to the reception

For around the same price pn the vinpearl hotel is definitely no.1 . They have really professional staff and the breakfast is like wow . The Ha huy hotel seems a bit overpriced as yes it has lovely clean comfortable rooms but came with no breakfast so for overall value I would say that the vinpearl hotel is a much better choice for the value and professionalism and breakfast but the Ha huy and eagle hotel are really nice rooms too and great value for accommodation wise without the breakfast !

They took good care of us for the two nights we stayed. AirCon worked excellent at the ocean view villa we chose. Plenty of English premium channels on television to chose from. First morning breakfast was buffet style, it was a Monday and plenty of weekenders checking out. Good breakfast Second morning breakfast, we were about the only guests left on the property so the buffet was closed and ala crate breakfast was served, still a good breakfast. First night arrival we asked for room service because of group party in the,sun dining room. The food served was just so so, no seasonings used that we could discern. Second day lunch served by our private pool. Now we are talking. Two beef burgers were ordered along with a vegetarian pizza, both food selections were deliscious. Especially the beef burgers and fries. Burgers were cooked to medium with sliced tomatoes, crunchy lettuce (not iceberg lettuce) and mayonnaise on the side. Well done chef! Check out was slow.

Our 7 night stay here coincided with Tet, which meant the hotel was running with minimum staff. Breakfast was a little sparce but we understood this was owing to Tet holiday and there were still options available to fill us up. The room was spacious and clean and the air con was the best we've experienced in Vietnam. There is a supermarket and a bank in the shopping centre attached to the hotel, which was very convienent. We tried to use the gym, but none of the machines worked. We tried to use the tennis courts, but there was no equipment available. The bar on the 16th floor was odd; univiting decor and hardly any choice on the menu. The staff in the hotel were friendly and helped wherever they could. Housekeeping was very efficent and was sometimes done twice a day, meaning the room was always clean to come back to. If you're staying in Ha Tinh this is the only hotel of a western standard, although it is slightly overpriced - compared to other hotels we have stayed in of the same or higher standard in Vietnam.

I had a very delighted stay at this hotel with a big room that has all windows facing to the country side and the streets. Beside the panoramic views from the windows that I really enjoyed. My room was a big size furnished with a sofa set and the bed was also big and very comfortable. In sort, I like this room which was offered by the hotel at a real bargain rate. The staffs were polite, trained, friendly and helpful and my room was cleaned everyday.
