Spacious room, near to airport”
Stayed for a night. Came upon HAD apartment as it was near to the airport. Clean and spacious room. There is a kitchenette for simple cooking as no halal restaurant nearby :)

The design and feeling in the HAD Apartment is nice. It gives off the feeling of your second home. Very nice if you want a quiet and secure place to stay.

It is very near to airport, and just a side of main road to downtown. We have the quite good apartment top floor(5th), quite and private. The only thing we could recommend that the apartment should provide toilet rolls, that would be great.

pros: spacious room with nice modern design, fully furnished, quiet neighbor. cons: cleaning staff doesn't do a good job: bed linen was not changed on our arrival. the floors of the room and the bathroom had some hair left. there was no toilet paper (which is extremely necessary for short-term customers).. there was only 1 set of towels instead of 2 for 2 adults. also, it was ridiculous when the security guy asked us to pay for parking fee of our motorbike which is always free of charge in all hotels. those things should be thoroughly improved if had apartment would like to become a good choice of stay for customers.

Apartment is good location security and Mr. Tri manager are friendly. The only thing they need to put more new silver ware for guess to use. I left a brand new big shampoo and my body wash at the bath room and come back to get it they told me nothing left behind, I am so disappointed for the cleaning staff not honesty and return it to me.

Sub standard, poor service and laughable amenities”
I travel to Vietnam a few times a year, and my stay at HAD Apartment has been the least enjoyable to date. The room itself is ok, despite being listed as having seperate bedroom from the apartment living area, it's just one room with a flimsy partition. Location is difficult to find, and unless you're local or stay in the area regularly enough to direct taxis turn by turn, chances are you'll be paying additional fare while they try and find the place. The amenities provided are below standard. In a room listed for two people, only one towel was provided. Asking for another towel yielded a negative result from unhelpful staff. Cleaning is supposed to be done every second day, which in itself is below par, but in my week long stay, we had cleaners come twice. There are no laundry facilities, but the staff are willing to send laundry out to be cleaned. Tbis service is horrendous, with a 4 day wait to get washing back. Being a light traveller, this is the first time in my travelling history I've been forced to wear the same clothes two full days in a row. Also, they don't do their own laundry for linen! This really blew me away... when asked if we could have fresh towels, cleaners said they'd arrange to have our towel (singular) cleaned. Their idea for this, was to take the towel off the rack, and toss it into our personal laundry! Myself and my partner shared my bloody beach towel for 4 days! Laundry was returned the day we checked out, and the hotel towel we'd paid to have washed had mysteriously disappeared from the pile. When it came to checking out, the staff attempted to charge us for using bottled water, when there was nothing of the sort provided in the room. Hotel staff attempted this accusation multiple times, and when it was clear I wasn't having a bar of it, they cornered my partner about the matter. I did not enjoy my stay in this hotel. Decent place for the price, BUT...”
It was a decent stay, a little bit noisy (nothing major). Here is the "BUT" part, the sheets, pillow cases, and blanket cover never got washed during my stay. Makes me question whether it ever was ever washed before I arrived. The housekeeper did not change our dirty bath and wash towels until we informed her. Sadly, I don't believe it's her fault, but possibly the hotel standards (?). Then again, I am not certain many hotels in Saigon actually wash the sheets and covers daily. The price was definitely good enough, but will not go back unless they change some standards.

Close to the airport and big rooms”
My stay here was quite short but i enjoyed it while i was there. The bathroom was abit small but the living space i had was a good decent size room which i enjoyed. Even though the security guard said there was nothing to eat around there, just on the right there is a nice cafe. Good decent food. Will stay surely stay here again since it was cheap and has a kitchen if we decide to cook :D
