I love this place a lot! Location is great and there are a lot of restaurants and food shops nearby. The room is made of wood which is super cozy and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The only issue is that I came here for work and I still could hear street noise even though I closed all the doors. This street is always busy and it’s normal, but if you want to join a conference and sound is important, it’s not the best place to do so. But after all, I still love my experience here. Thank you!

Hai Bay was gr8”
The location and price for this hotel is great, and the staff were super friendly. The only issues are the size of the room which was a touch small. We payed for a city view and didn't get one really and also the bathroom door is like slatted wood with areas that you could pass your hand through. Prepare to hear your partner use the bathroom lol. Breakfast wasn't good either tbh.

This hotel is in the centre of Hanoi near all attractions, restaurants and shopping. Breakfast is good, cleanliness is very good, staffs are friendly and always happy to help. The only negative is heating is not working, as we stay in January it’s still cold in Hanoi Highly recommended!!!

Nice comfy hotel in heart of old quarter”
It is a boutique hotel with 5 stars for location, and room facilities / cleanliness. Breakfast menu was good. Staff is friendly. Just 5 mins walk from the lake, located in heart of old quarter which is where all the action is for tourists. Took a room with the balcony, overlooking the street. The street gets noisy, not a problem for us at all - but incase it bothers someone, point to note. Would definitely reccomend this!

An oasis of quiet comfort in Hanoi’s Old Quarter”
We enjoyed our stay at the Hai Bay Hotel in every way. It really was a an oasis of comfort, cool and calm amidst the chaos of the Old Quarter in summer. Well located, many locations are a short walk away with others easily accessible by Grab car, bike or taxi. The room was well designed, with a super comfortable bed and quality fittings throughout. Breakfast offering several options, was included in the cost of our room. I would certainly be happy to stay at the Hai Bay Hotel again if heading to the Old Quarter of Hanoi.

This place is fantastic. Clean and well-maintained. Comfortable beds and nicely-stocked minibar. Staff are not fluent in English, so sometimes challenging to get answers or ask their advice but otherwise a perfect experience.

The staff are extremely prompt and provide you prompt help when they spot you need one. Even at 12 am in the night one of the staff members rushed in to help us with the luggage. Hotel is at a perfect location and extremely clean. Breakfast is yummy especially their homemade jams.

Located in the Old Quarter. Spacious deluxe room with balcony, although a bit noisy as the balcony faces the main road. Big desk for business travellers, many sockets for charging devices. Excellent buffet breakfast plus you can select a main dish of pho, eggs, and sandwich. Good location for touring the Old Quarter. Many eateries and shops located near the hotel.
