Very clean and spacious room with 2 double beds, breakfast included, complimentary water and bananas”
My boyfriend and I stayed here for one night on the way to Laos. On arrival we received complimentary COLD water and bananas (which very very tasty). The owners were extremely friendly and the wife an excellent cook - breakfast was an omelette with spring onion and lots of others yummy things in and a baguette served with a selection of sauce and a coffee the way you like it. It is a very nice BASIC hotel, so please keep that in mind when you are booking. Hotels in Khe Sanh are limited and ALL BASIC. It is definitely the nicest basic hotel I've ever stayed in, huge bedroom and bathroom with a fridge. The bathroom even has a fancy hands free bum washing thing. I cannot emphasize how clean this place was!!!!

Amazing hosts!”
I am a solo traveler motorbiking through Vietnam. I stopped in Khe Sanh on the way to Phong Nha. Hai Dang Hotel is a great place to stay before the long journey north. Rooms are big, clean and comfortable. The owner of the hotel is very sweet and genuine - he was very helpful and welcoming. He even invited me to have dinner with him, and we talked about our families and such.

Convenient and clean”
Great place to spend the night if you're passing through Khe Sanh. The owners were very kind and helpful, even helping us get our luggage securely strapped on to our motorbike when we were heading out, and the room was clean and neat. Breakfast (not included, but very inexpensive) was delicious and filling. Definitely recommend if you're passing through the area.

Good value. Not the most attractive hotel or room but then Khe Sanh is a basic place. Clean, functional and comfortable. Excellent shower. Secure motorbike parking and breakfast included.

The couple who runs it are lovely. Air conditioning works (too!) well, and breakfast is good. The coffee with breakfast may be extra, just a heads up. Not much to do in Khe Sanh, but this is a good stopping point on the Ho Chi Minh road.

I have used this hotel before and it was nice. Great location. I didn’t stay the night because the border was closed and we wanted to go back home. Used the room for a few hours, but still had to pay full price. But it was my choice to leave. Not their fault...

Not your conventional, run of the mill, garden variety hotel. This one has a funky, unique layout that feels very cozy but i am sure it wasn't by design but it reflects the characters of the husband and wife who run the place: they make you feel like home.

Visa Run”
When I arrived the outside looked a little old, but I was met by the owner and received a warm welcome. The room (103) was very clean. It looked newly painted and refurbished. The hot water was fantastic, but be careful because it got so hot it can burn you. The place was also quiet and the owners are very friendly. It’s close to many places to eat and just west of the market. By the way, the bed was very comfortable. I’ll be staying here in the future trips to Laos.

A huge room with 2 double beds was given to us when we had booked just a double, which was great! Loads of room! Only downside was that we could hear every noise coming from another room (and bathroom!!) so walls must be thin. Staff were nice and provided a good breakfast.

Very kind owner who went out of his way to help me with something in town. Very much appreciated the hospitality. The room itself is simple, clean, and spacious and overall it’s a great value for the money. The only downside is the Vietnamese soup breakfast seemed like instant noodles. Overall it’s highly recommended!

Humit room”
We were searching for a room with good reviews. This hotel was one of the best but actually was in our opinion not worth it. After a wet day driving on the motorbike we arrived and hoped to get dry again. The room we got was extremely humit and there was mold on the wall. The humidity of our bathroom got blown through a ventilation system into our sleepingroom. We tried to get our clothing dry within a whole day but no chance! We were not happy with the room. Positive were the frindly owner, the breakfast and the soft beds.

Worth every penny”
Had a wonderful stay here. The room was well kept, large and fine for what I needed as a backpacker. Check in and put was easy. The hosts were all lovely and cooked a nice breakfast. Very friendly and I will stay again if in the area.
