Nice hotel, shame about the beds!”
On arrival we were very happy with the room and the hotel. It is of a good standard throughout with a well maintained appearance. However, this all changed the moment we sat on the bed. We've slept in some pretty uncomfortable beds during our 2 months travelling Vietnam, but this really took the biscuit! The mattress may as well have been a concrete slab! It was so uncomfortable we changed hotels after the 2 nights we'd booked to a hotel of a much lower standard but with a comfy bed. Another thing worth mentioning is it's also quite noisy during the night/early morning. Sound seems to echo throughout the building. Such a shame really as it really is a nice hotel!

A hotel worth going back to.”
When I checked-in, the staff told me my room was only for 1 person. This was strange because I booked a Superior Twin room. And the fact that I did write into the special request to ask for a twin-bed room helped me solved this problem. Afterwards, everything was fine. We never need to complain about anything. The room was very clean, quite spacious. Staff was helpful and friendly. However they seemed not speaking much English.

Habitación correcta y comoda, personal atento. El único fallo (durante mi estancia) es que parecía haber hospedada una familia al completo que, ocupando varias habitaciones, no cerraban sus respectivas puertas y hacían bastante ruido. De no ser por ellos la estancia, que sin haber sido mala, hubiera sido mucho mejor. Hasta la ciudadela hay un paseo de 10-15 minutos.

mon sejour c est tres bien passé,j ai eu une chambre tres belle avec wifi qui marche tres bien, le personnel est tres gentil et a l ecoute .beaucoup de restaurants typiques autour de l hotel. Je conseille cet hotel

安い 綺麗 そこそこ”
３日滞在したが、値段なり。 部屋自体は綺麗。 ただ、ドアの作りが安いのか、廊下の音が結構響く。 滞在二日目に中国人の若い集団が宿泊して、 廊下で唾を吐く、エレベーター内に煙草を捨てる、 夜中まで大声で叫ぶ、等の行為で、このホテルに対する心証は良くないです。 ちゃんと注意出来なかったのは、ホテル側の汚点だと思います。 そこを除けば、この値段なら、また宿泊してもいいと思います。
