Amazing Stay at Haian Beach Hotel & Spa”
I had an incredible time at Haian Beach. The room was so well equipped, super clean, comfy bed, really nice bathroom. The rooftop bar is something else! You'll absolutely love the view. The staff up there every singe day I went were so attentive to me. They honestly treat you like a King or Queen. Cuoung was such a hospitable staff member up at the pool bar. Even when you walk through the Lobby you will be greeted so warmly. Hoang at the front desk helped me out greatly when I needed to book a tour. Hands down one of the best places I stayed at. The people that work there made my stay memorable! Thank you Haian!!

Danang is a wonderful place, btw, better than Phuket in my opinion now. My Khe beach is beautiful, with white sand and clear emerald waters. We had a very good time at Danang staying at Haian Beach Hotel. Friendly staff, always smiling at you. A gorgeous breakfast with fresh dishes. The swimming pool is well located at the 22nd floor with a great beach view. Clean, comfortable. Nothing to complain except the shower, which is something they could improve. I strongly recommend this hotel. We are planning to come back to Danang, and stay again at Haian Beach Hotel.

Amazing Stay at HAIAN!”
From the second we were picked up from the airport by the HAIAN staff, we knew we'd love our stay. The van has AC, wifi and the chairs are massage chairs-- super nice after a very long flight. The amenities were the best perks of this hotel. Their free breakfast bar is amazing- we were truly shocked by how much they had to offer. Every day they have an afternoon tea. The rooftop pool that looks out onto the beaches of Da Nang was spectacular. The pool is clean and sits next to the rooftop bar where you can order drinks and snacks. The staff was super helpful and supportive. Would definitely stay here again!!

AWESOME HOTEL!!!”
My friends and I stayed three nights at the Haian Hotel in a two bedroom suite. We had a partial ocean view and were happy with the living room and dining table. Our only negative about the room was one bathroom only had a standing bathtub with a shower wand. As we all like to shower we ended up using the other bathroom for showering. It wasn’t a big deal but would have been easier to have regular showers in each room. The staff at the hotel was excellent. Tiffany at the front helped us arrange excursions and was available whenever we had a question or were making a plan. The pool bar staff make the best drinks, which we enjoyed while playing cards in the afternoon. We loved having bicycles available and went for a long ride down the beach one morning. On a side note...walking distance from the hotel is a great beach bar with an underground tunnel to cross the street. I would absolutely recommend the Haian Hotel and hope my review has been helpful.

Wish I spent more time here”
Only spent one night in Da Nang at Haian but wanted to stay longer. Hotel staff were very welcoming especially Tiffany, who was attentive to us as we waited to check in. She helped me find spots for local cuisine we wanted to try and made sure our stay was enjoyable. Beach is close by and not very busy. Rooms was clean with a great view. Wished I stayed here in Danang longer instead of Hoi An.

With 3 days spare on our travels we decided to book as our 10 year old daughter felt she was missing out on the many resorts we had seen on our trip around Vietnam. Our usual style is low key boutique homestays. I wasn't too keen staying in Danang either....but...have to admit turned out to be a great decision. The staff were fantastic, Loih you were gorgeous and always ready with a smile. The roof top pool and bar perfect and the view very cool. The beach is directly in front of the hotel. Breakfast was very good, afternoon tea was a nice surprise too. Danang is changing rapidly but still retains a certain charm. I would most definitely return.

The hotel suite was huge and so was the bathroom. Our room faced the sea/beach and we woke up to beautiful sunset for 2 days. I must commend a staff Megan for helping me to order a birthday cake for my friend. She browsed through the cake designs and recommended a nice design cake. She followed through the order and picked up the delivery. I was supposed to collect the cake before 12mid night (for a surprise celebration) but I dozed off 😜 and she reminded me the next day. Cross the road and you will be at the beach. Nice to go for a stroll just before the sun sets. The breakfast was a mixture of continental and local options. I would recommend the hotel.

Great Hotel Beside Beach”
I stayed for one night in the beach front suite. The view of the beach was incredible. Pros: -very friendly and helpful staff -beach towels provided by the hotel at the front desk -room was very clean and modern looking Cons: -my room was loud overnight because of some music/partying next door (hotel did provide ear plugs in the room which helped a lot)

The experience in HAIAN Beach Hotel & Spa is perfect. You can book the shuttle bus from/ to airport in advance. All staffs are nice and helpful, specially the receptionist, Tiffany. She is so considerate to help us to buy tickets, book the car (cheaper than grab) and restaurant. When my family member feel sick, Tiffany is willing to company us to hospital and borrow us the sphygmomanometer. Also, she and her manger help us to late check out. Million thanks to Tiffany and her team. HAIAN Beach Hotel & Spa is definitely a good choice if you come to Da Nang.

new hotel by the beach with great pool”
Our group (3 Italian, 1 Vietnamese) spent 3 days here and completely satisfied. Very new facilities, rooms are bright and all have beach view. Staffs are helpful and nice, when one member our group have food poisoning after trying street food, they immediately address our needs, help us booking doctor at the hospital and send porridge with hot tea to our friend's room. We really appreciate their support. Also the infinity pool on rooftop is a highlight. Highly recommend and will come back!

Nice place for your Da Nang base”
We generally liked the rooms and the breakfast had a big spread. But some of us require Halal meals/ or at least no pork which was a bit of challenge. Maybe the hotel could have separate no meat egg station as well as have signs to indicate if there is pork (for instance the sushi was unmarked and it wasn't obvious that there was meat in it on the second day we stayed). The afternoon tea spread was quickly depleted and was not replenished in time even though the complimentary afternoon tea hour had not ended. But good hotel for cleanliness, location and general attentiveness of staff. Nice lounge on 22nd floor and nice infinity pool and terrace area. May consider coming back again if we are in Da Nang in the future, for these reasons.

Helpful staff and a nice stay”
All the staff in this hotel are very helpful, especially in the front desk, they helped me a lot in contacting the restaurants and the transportation issue, they were very kind and made me and my family feel good. The facilities here are also good. I enjoyed swimming in the rooftop infinity pool a lot, the view was so great.

I wished I had stayed longer”
What makes a pleasant experience, is the Staff. The Haian Hotel didn’t disappoint, everything was perfect, I really felt like I was being looked after. I cannot fault my stay and wished I had booked for longer. Great breakfast and the large roof-top pool with comfy deck chairs was pretty nice. I will definitely stay here again.

Our stay here was awesome! We had the penthouse and honestly, it was a little smaller than expected, felt like a very small apartment. It was beautiful nonetheless. Staff was amazing and receptive to all our questions, shuttle bus that picked us up from the airport was BALLER, and breakfast buffet was BOMBBB!!

Pool with a view ”
The whole stay was very good, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is only reasonably new so clean and well maintained. The hotel however is not very sound proof so could hear the nearby night club loudly until 10:45pm. We spent a lot of time by the pool and it was fabulous, so was the food and drinks available from the bar at the same level. I used the spa on 2 occasions and it was bliss. If visiting Danang and not wanting to stay at one of the beach fronting resorts than the Haian is ideal.

Great place to stay! Great staffs! Great food! Great location! First time in Danang and I can say that we had the best experience and we had chosen the right hotel. Definitely will stay here again should we come back to Danang!
