I come from hospitality background and therefore am quite picky and expect certain levels of service, Haian absolutely exceeded my expectation! The level of service here is 5 star for sure. The Front Office Manager, anh Tan Si, was so kind and attentive. We were accommodated an early checkin and he assisted us in finding the best local restaurants to eat at (handwritten list too!) Everyone from the receptionists to the bellmen are always smiling and greeting us. The room is so clean and new! I already started telling my friends and family Haian is a MUST stay hotel when in Danang

2night stay here, free upgrade of 1night to river view as i have accidentally separated the booking of 2nights. Towel is in good smell. Nice room deco. Can view the dragon bridge and river directly, over here i played time lapse photography, fast forwarding 20mins video shoot to 15s, seeing color change fast. Buffet Breakfast was nice with alot of variety, very close to dragon bridge, 15mins walking distance to son tra night market and see fire and water spray from dragon head. Few mins to church and han market. Can walk to muzeum also. But the cafe under hotel with nice deco. But it was expensive, mocha ice blended was small portion and stil can feel small ice pcs @65k. Overall this hotel service. Breakfast and location are good

This hotel is very new and super clean. The location is excellent overlooking the dragon bridge and close to restaurants, views and market. Staff is super friendly and the hotel offered unexpected extras (massage and shuttle to airport). All-in-all a wonderful experience. Thank you!

I came here with my sister Maile , my mom and we all love it here. We got the deluxe twin and deluxe king view rooms. Best place for a long stay holiday”
I stayed at the hotel for 10 days for some peaceful time in Da Nang. The hotel is located in a pretty busy areas with all the bars, clubs for young people. I prefer this area compared to the ones along the beach for night life. Had a lot of fun. Room is fantastic with great view towards the Dragon Bridge. Cant ask for more!

Mins away from the hotel. Exactly by the riverside, at the tail of the dragon. Staff speak limited english but did their best to help. Room was huge and had plenty of channels on tv. Plus point of having a bath tub in the bathroom. Theres a huge discount on the massage located within the hotel if u are a guest. Great value overall

This hotel was perfect for my stay, it was centrally located, the rooms were new and spacious, the staff were extremely friendly, the breakfast buffet was excellent and they had a really nice cafe on the ground floor.

Great for the discounted price. I thought I booked a room with river view with agoda but found out it was a room with no windows. Got an upgrade, when I continued to have a problem getting thermostat to stay at my set temperature staff gave me another upgrade on s different floor with a great view. Western breakfast was very limited because at this time almost all guests are Asian. Bed and pillows comfy. Wish the room had a walkin shower not a tub to climb into. Coffee shop below offers 20% discount for guests. Location is great but on a big street so noisy.
