Such a great experience”
Great location and clean room. Staffs were kind. There was a Korean lady at the front desk, so it was easy for me to check in and ask for some help in Korean. Such a pleasure staying here. I would definitely stay at this hotel if I visit Hukuoka again. Thanks for everything!

Great location and value for money!”
Just 2 minutes walk from Hakata station and taxi stand, 5 minutes walk from Hakata bus terminal and 2 FamilyMarts next to the hotel. We stayed in a Japanese-style room and it was clean and spacious enough for 5 of us with 2 big luggages and 3 carry-on bags. There were also vending machines and toilets in the common area on our floor which were very convenient. The receptionists were very polite and helpful. We also loved the restaurant downstairs, went there 2 nights in a row! A little note that the room key was still an actual key and the hotel provide only 1 key per room. So don't forget to drop it off at the reception before you leave each day. Would be awesome if they change to key cards and provide to all guests in the room. Other than that, we have no complaints. Would stay here again if we return to Fukuoka! Highly recommended!

Nice hotel with nice staff. Room was bigger than most other Japanese room. Location with very good too as easy access to Park from back entrance. But from hotel to train station was a little further than expected especially if you have lots of luggage. Best part of hotel was that it has an Onsen which was great especially after a long day. One thing which we did not like was the Onsen's clothing which we find extremely ugly. Would be great if hotel provided better outfit for Onsen. Overall hotel stay was great.

3 minutes walk from Hakata station. Stayed in their ladies' floor single, non-smoking room. There are quite a few amenities in the room specially for ladies. The room is a little tiny, there may not have a lot of space if you have a lot of luggage. Overall, a very comfortable stay.

The hotel is a few walks away fr family mart on the left and hakata station on the right and seven elevan at the back. Hakata station has supermarkets in it, many interesting shops, the i centre and the access to the subway lines, the JR line , the line to the airport . The hotel has the most perfect location . The room is reasonably clean but small . Wall is a bit thin , occasionally can hear voices fr the other side or sound fr the trains. But it doesn't bother me much.

I chose this because of the location. It's near the bus and train stations. The room was clean but space was small which is typical. Staff is excellent. They helped us in transferring our luggage to our next city destination. The only con was the direction how to locate the hotel. It would be best to provide a map from the train and bus station. I tried to contact them for directions but I did not receive any reply.

This is my 2nd time stay here, a bit problem at check in. During making the reservation, there're a choice of room with normal and smoking. Then I choose normal as i don't want smoking. But at check in they mentioned that I booked smoking!! at the end, they said should be system problem which you should fix on this. Overall, love this place but there're still many hotel near by also convenice

As expected with most Jap hotels, the room is very small with hardly enough space to comfortably put 2 luggages. Location is good though, just few minutes walk from Hakata Station.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. Just next to JR Hakata Station. And beside that, the Hakata bus station. The rooms are clean, staff are friendly. Our room can view the station and all the trains coming and going but they have good insulating windows so no sound intrusion. Also, beside the station is a dept store, so looking for food and supplies is easy. They also provide humidifier. Good for travelers who are transiting by train and buses.
