Good location to walk & eat & drink around ”
The hotel looks a bit old, but the facility is clean enough to stay. We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed walking & eating & drinming around the hotel where we could find so many options to go. We can walk to HAKATA station, TENJIN from the hotel located in NAKASU. I heard some noise from next room but it was okay level.

Great location in wild nighttime Nakasu ”
The best access to Nakasu wild life and Riverside Yatai stalls filled with amazing Hakata ramen and more amazing Hakata ramen. No nearby coin laundry. Many 7-11s nearby. Great bars and entertainment within walking distance. Room was smaller but very clean.

This hotel is near central night life area, Nakasu where has many restaurant and bar. Especially speciality of Fukuoka, ramen noodle is delicious.

Brilliant location, adequate rooms”
Normally I stay nearby Hakata Station for easier airport access, but this location is great if you plan shopping in the Tenjin area, look for some (expensive) nightlife or just love food. If you prefer to use the subway to the airport, then it's just 5 minutes' walk to the nearest station that directly connects to the (domestic) airport (10 minutes, another 15 for the free shuttle bus to take you to international). The rooms are basic but clean and a little bit larger than other hotels in this area. The shower is functional but I've seen newer and nicer shower stations in similar hotels. Still, gets the work done even for taller people like me. Staff is friendly, as usual there's not much interaction beyond check-in/check-out. Use the hotel to sleep. I didn't try the breakfast because there's better food in the area for the same price or cheaper. Even though I paid the much increased weekend rate, I felt that I got my money's worth. At half to one third price (usually for weekdays) this would be a definite recommendation.

This hotel sets on the central of Fukuoka city, near Hakata Station. Also the nearest metro station, Nakasu-Kawabata is from 5 min. by foot. To Fukuoka Airport, it takes within 30 min. by metro.

This hotel is located in "Nakasu", it's the top-ranked famous nightlife area in Japan. Have you heared the name, "Kabuki-cho", "Shinjyuku", "Akihabara" and "Susukino"? There are very enjoyable spot for Japanese Nightlife culture. But, "Nakasu" is having, not only fun but hospitality. Let's, you must stay in "Nakasu" with this hotel

We were pleasantly surprised about the location of this hotel. We were within walking distance of shopping, entertainment, and restaurants. We didn't drive to this one, but we did notice it have parking (Japanese style car elevator). There was a café in the hotel, but we ate out. We will definitely consider this hotel the next time we go to Fukuoka.

Location was perfect, only a 10/15 min walk from hakata station and close by gion subway station. Quite hard te find the hotel as a non-japanese speaker, no english name on the hotel only a small english sign on the door (which is kind of hidden). Efficient staff, spoke enough english.

The staff is quite friendly with good service. Regarding the location, it's a bit far from Hakata station, about 10-15 walking distance. And besides, small double bed is really small, better for people living traveling alone. The hotel also provide free Pocket Wifi for rent, but there are only few available. Try to ask the front desk asap.

Good location but cleaningness is not up to Japan standard”
Stay there due to flight delay. Location is good, but its cleaningness needs improvement. It is clean enough if you are used to general budget hotel condition in Taiwan, Korea, etc. But this ranks the lowest cleaningness among the hotels (similar cost of course) I have stayed in West Japan. The room is bit old, and washroom is not absolutely clean where you can see some mold in some corners and telephone, and it has a little bit smell in the bath. Breakfast is okay.

Located close to Canal City and convenient for a short Bus ride to Tenjin. Service: efficient and helpful. Rooms: average size, clean and comfortable. Maybe a little overpriced, but then that's true for many hotels in Japan.

I stayed for two nights and I enjoyed the service, cleaness and location of the hotel. You will be able to find nightlife not too far from the hotel including good restaurants and clubs.
