Great service and shower”

Staff was friendly and we were lucky enough to be given an early check in and an upgrade to a room on 12th floor. The room was modern, clean and spacious (for Japan!) and the bathroom shower was excellent, with a rain shower and massage water jets! Hotel even had complimentary laundry machines which was very convenient as we had been travelling for over a week and was in need of cleaning our clothes! Hotel was conveniently located at West 6 exit from the station. Overall would highly recommend staying here again.

Spotlessly clean and very comfortable room”

The room is very comfortable and clean, especially the bed. Room design is also good, such that you find everything very handy. It is a pity that I did not have time to sample the breakfast provided because I had to catch a very early train. Would try to have a taste of the breakfast when I next stay in this hotel!

Excellent location”

This hotel is very near to Hakata station and not far from the airport too. It only costs 1300 yen by taxi to the airport. We booked a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. The twin bedroom is quite spacious especially when comparing with the same standard hotels around that area. Both rooms are clean and very quiet. We didn’t hear any noise from next room or the corridor. Beds are comfy. The interior design is functional and user friendly. Staffs speak fluent English and helpful. And the free drinks in the lobby is absolutely an advantage. I will definitely come back again.

Helpful Staff, Tidy Room, and Nice Location”

Booked this hotel last minute due to a major flight delay. The staff is really helpful who provided me helpful advice on the local hair salon. The room is very tidy and is not very small. The location is very near to the Hakata station as well, definitely will consider staying again.

Good price for the size of the room and such a great location”

The hotel is next to the station. You may find it hard to find it the first time on google map but it is actually very easy to find, just go on the bridge that’s attached to the JR Hakata station mall and you’ll find it. The hotel staff are so friendly and they speak English very well. The room is big compare with the hotel rooms in Japan since hotel rooms are usually very small. My boyfriend and I stayed for two nights and we moved to another hotel which was more expensive but turned out not as good as this one. So I’ll definitely choose to stay here the whole trip next time.

Very close to hakata station. Loved the free coffee n tea from 3pm to 12 midnight. They opened up the breakfast area after breakfast, great area to lounge around.

Very close to Hakata station, just 5-8 mins walking from the airport bus stop at Hakata station. Family Mart is just 1 min walking. 1 min walking to underground street. Room is model design. Lobby has complimentary coffee and tea from 1500 - 0000.

Second stay”

Second time to stay in this hotel. Convenient location, nearby hotel there is an exit to connect the underground shopping street, JR /subway station and bus terminal. Very close to shopping malls near Hakata station. 10 mins walk to Canal shopping mall and 15 mins walk to Hakata Ward. Comfortable bed and good size of room. While check out time is 10am which is a bit early.
