Excellent instagram-able spot at the balcony outside the lobby. Wonderful and caring services from handy towel distribution just at the foot spa lounge and onsen changing room, to the perfect room services. Modern decorations and warm ambience in the entire hotel. Lots of resting areas. Perfect lake view from our room balcony. Most importantly, the dinner buffet and breakfast buffet are impeccable - with a wide range of food choices and are exceptionally delicious. Our friends and I agreed it’s the best onsen hotel we’ve ever had so far. Top-notch hotel and hospitality!

New onsen. Good location and friendly staff”
Their location is next to togendai bus station. Very convenient. Not sure why the review keep saying it’s difficult to travel there. I booked the shuttle bus to be picked up by hotel at odawara however I missed the station so I am unable to get there. I emailed them and they gave me a call and follow up. Very responsible staff. Dinner and breakfast are okay. It was very busy due to public holiday but I don’t feel crowded at onsen. We still enjoyed the time we spent there. Would like to stay there again.

I have to say I wasn’t expecting much. Actually not knowing what to expect would be the right phrase. But my family and I were absolutely blown away. The outdoor spa was out of this world and truly something everyone should experience. Food was great the staff were super nice and the view from the room was breathtaking!

Excellent location, excellent view”
Location next to Lake Ashinoko gives an excellent view. Only 4 minutes on foot to Togendai Ropeway for visiting Okuwadani and pier for the Pirate ship ride. Very good selection of public onsens ( 5-6 hotspring pools) inside the hotel. Although one doesn’t get dinner served inside one’s room in a ryokan style, buffet breakfast and dinner are reasonably good with a lot of choices. Everywhere in the hotel is spotless, extremely clean.

It would be good for customers if the hotel can provide more transporting information. Cause I have to ask those info by email, however, the information is not accurate. Other then that everything was good. I love staying in this hotel.

buffet dinner is designed in every detail, under Meteorite cuisine but all tiny dishes are very designed and many choices. food is great, location is great and the room is great even not as big as ordinary tatami styled in other traditional onsen resorts.

Amazing bath experience ”
We loved everything about our experience here. We were provided a few choices of outfits, a very nice and spacious room and good bathing amenities. The baths were definitely the highlight of the experience, especially the lake-facing outside pool. Our reservation included dinner and breakfast. Both of them were nice, but not spectacular. But you could tell that the quality of the ingredients used was good. The location of the hotel is perfect, as it’s just besides the ropeway station and it faces the lake. Definitely recommended. I just wished we had a few more days here!

Beautiful resort located right in front of Lake Ashi! We drove here (free parking!) but I believe it should also be very accessible by ropeway and the pirate ship. The ropeway station and pirate ship port are right opposite the hotel. Kids loved the hot foot bath at the lobby. We had a nice hot foot bath while admiring the amazing scenery. Small towels are provided so that you can wipe your feet dry after your foot bath. Complimentary drinks are provided at check in. Price was inclusive of buffet breakfast and buffet lunch. Mainly Japanese cuisine was served (which I love), but the kids did not appreciate Japanese food as much as the adults do.

Very nice decorated hotel, just minutes from togendai station. Friendly staff, it was a rainy day when we arrived & they let us check in one hour earlier at 2 pm. The room was comfortable & the onsen in our room was very relaxing. The public bath was very clean & nice. My husband & I particularly enjoyed having a drink while dipping our feet in the foot bath, very cozy since it was a cool night when we stayed . They also provide you with yukatas & night wears. The breakfast & dinner buffet were average. But overall a very nice hotel, Highly recommended 👍

Peaceful stay”
We really liked the hotel, our room had a view on the lake, it was so peaceful. We enjoyed the private bath and the good food. Just on minor comment : the hotel capacity is large so there is a lot of people in the room for breakfast and dinner. However there is a lot of choice and the overall sound is not too much.
