This ryokan is located directly in front of Gora Station, overlooking the Hakone mountain range. All of its guestrooms are fully equipped with a private open-air bath. Setsugetsuka also features private hot spring baths, a bedrock bath, and multiple dining rooms.

Please note that all stays at Setsugetsuka include two meals per night (dinner and breakfast). Dinner can be prepared at either 17:30 or 20:00. Please note that meals will not be prepared after 20:00.

料理が、味が薄すぎて、途中で食欲が無くなりました！温泉も、混んでワンワン喋ってるので危険感じて入れませんでした。3年ぶりなのに、、見事に期待裏切られました。

とっても快適に過ごせました。素晴らしいサービス。スタッフは皆さん親切で家族写真まで撮っていただきました。お風呂、お料理、お部屋、立地どれも大満足でした。 強羅に行ったらまたぜひ泊まりたいし、友達にもおすすめしたい宿です。

それなりの宿”

駅から直ぐのロケーションは良かったが、人件費削減と宿泊費の割引を考えてのこととは言え、案内はなく、フロントでの説明のみ。お風呂は遠いし、部屋の座布団、畳は古く汚れが付いていて洗面台は掃除したのか…？清潔感がない。大浴場用に、部屋にタオル等入っている籠が1人ずつ用意してあったのはとても良かった。 食事は出てくるタイミングが遅く、待ち時間が長かった。 従業員教育、もっと徹底すべし。

お風呂部屋付き最高でした！ お部屋も広くてゆっくりできて、夜ご飯と朝ごはんも豪華で美味しくて素晴らしかったです✨ 朝ごはんが順番待ちで30分くらい待ったので、事前の予約などもう少しスムーズな方が嬉しかったです。余裕があったのでよかったのですが、タイトなスカジュールだとちょと大変だったかも...

もったいない”

折角のおいしい料理も、食事処の換気がなく、卓上コンロなどを多く使う料理が朝夕食あり、室温や体感温度も高く皆で汗をかきながらの食事となった。暑かった､､､ また朝食時に食事処に入った瞬間、換気が足らず焼き魚の煙が充満していて、寝起きには強烈な印象でした。 部屋の中は、大満足です。 大浴場や炭酸風呂は、少し老朽化が進んでいた。 利用者目線での運営が改善されればと思います。

心目中的日式温泉酒店的設施，位置一流”

地點超級方便，房間和洋式設計，房內露天浴池如是温泉水就更好，懷石晚餐服務員不僅英語流暢，招待超级貼心，不比前台服務員差。
