Great getaway in 5-star ryokan”
Big ryokan-style hotel surrounded by nature (it’s next to a golf course). The room is a good size, living area by the window looking out to the green of the golf course, another living area inside where the beds will be made for you at night and with separate bathroom and toilet. All rooms are provided with yukata which we worn thoughout our stay. Onsen was excellent, 1 indoor and 1 outdoor. Will definitely recommend this hotel.

Great service quality of front desk staff(Ms.kuo) Terrible Location... .. So delicious Japanese tradition dinner All of the staff is friendly except pick up bus driver (Including Ashinoko lake Prince Hotel driver.... ) Strongly recommend for the hotel should be re-training for this two staff)

Wonderful mountain ryokan with a luxurious finish”
The rooms are big and service is good. The first night's dinner was pretty standard but the second night was a really interesting new take on Japanese cuisine. The hot spring was good but nothing special. I recommend hiking to the waterfalls and other power spots close to the hotel.

The hotel is silence and far from confusion. They have a perfect outdoor onsen. The dinner and breakfast make me feel excellent. It's perfect for the romantic couple!

The hotel's response prior to our stay was not very responsive. However, the site's staff was very helpful and nice. The place is very nice for relaxation. Hotel is far from public transport but they do provide shuttle services to the nearest bus stop. Definitely will come back to this place...

車での利用なら良い所”
ゴルフ場に隣接していて、部屋の大きな窓からの景色が良く静かで部屋も広く、気持ちよく過ごせました。スタッフも皆さん感じ良かったです。 バス停から電話して、すぐに迎えに来て頂けました。バス停から徒歩は厳しい道のりかと思います。

温泉でリラックスしたい意図には向かない”
ここ一年以上たちどうしても硫黄濁り温泉の雰囲気だけでも浸りたく県内のこちらへ。 かぶせ湯という湯は初めてですが、硫黄の匂いは強くて意外でした。 湯船は小さめで露天は10人サイズくらい。なので5〜6名入っていたら順番待ちしてます。女性内湯になると５人サイズ位でしょうか。 そもそも温泉第一目的とするべき施設じゃないのかもしれませんが。 プリンスブランドなので想像はしていましたがたまたま宿泊したタイミングも悪かったのでしょう。 さっそくお風呂に向かうも露天は混んでいるのでウエイト。再チャレンジする事に。 次に行くととても賑やかな三世帯家族らしき大所帯が先に向かっていたので断念。 また再訪。少しの間だけ露天に入れる。 最後は風呂場閉鎖25分前に行くと、特殊な職業のグループが出てきた所で脱衣所縦横無尽使いしながら下品な話題で大声で騒いでいました。 入れ替わりで露天も短時間でも貸切状態で入れたのは良かったけど。 間もなく騒がしい声が聞こえて来て、風呂場閉鎖時間だし上がる事にする。 脱衣所に先程とは違う今度は純朴そうな外見のグループが来て爆音！で騒ぎ立ててる。先程の比じゃなく大声で暴れ回ってる感じ。脱衣所は締め切られて狭い空間です。それに閉鎖7分前でした。 スタッフの方々も良いしお部屋も広く、翌朝のゴルフで訪れていた方々も落ち着いた紳士淑女でしたし。 施設に想像以下の乙はないんです。自分の選択ミスです。

落ち着いた雰囲気の良いホテル”
畳の部屋が広く、落ち着いた雰囲気です。食事も大変美味しく、いい時間を過ごさせていただきました。他、大田原駅から無料の送迎バスがあります。事前に予約が必要です。＊タクシーでは6～7千円かかるようです。 一点、機材の不調で部屋でWifiが使えませんでしたが、それ以外は満足です。

订了一泊二食，非常好的体验！ 酒店在山上，位置虽然有点偏，但是有接驳巴士。酒店会提前邮件提醒，每天下午两点有班车，需要提前三天预约。如果不能赶上班车，也可以自己坐巴士到芦之汤车站，然后给酒店打电话，五分钟就会有车来接，要开很长一段山路。 离开的时候每天上午也有巴士送到车站，20分钟一班，同样需要提前预约。 酒店提醒说要六点入住才有晚饭吃。因为行程晚了，特意给酒店打电话，确保晚了几分钟check in也有得吃。晚餐是分时段的，因为晚到只能选7点半。有好几个餐厅，座位都安排好的，晚饭和早饭都是在同一桌吃。晚上的怀石料理太丰盛了，吃了快两个小时，吃到整个餐厅都没有其他客人。第二天的日式早餐也很好，米饭管饱。 特色硫磺温泉，设施完善，室内有一个，室外的风吕环境很好。因为酒店客房不多，泡汤不会觉得拥挤。基本上都是两三个人，运气好可以一个人泡，相当于私汤了。 日式榻榻米房间很大，吃饭的时候工作人员会来房间铺床。 大堂和餐厅在三楼，客房在一楼和二楼，温泉在一楼。酒店内都可以换上日式浴袍和拖鞋走来走去。冬天也不觉得冷。室外的小道也非常漂亮，要换木屐进去逛园子。餐厅望出去还有一个小瀑布。 入住的客人大多是当地人，全家带着小朋友泡汤，氛围非常好。酒店的服务也很周到。非常推荐。
