I had a very enjoyable stay at the Prince Regent. Moments after arriving in my room, I was contacted by reception to check that everything was to my satisfaction. The bed was really comfortable and the curtains heavily lined which ensured that I didn't wake until my alarm call! The hotel is set in pleasant gardens and is within easy reach of Central London. All the staff I had dealings with were friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others as I considered that it offered good value, quality accommodation.

Nice hotel with some comments, some room need to utaluze two lifts to reach it!! Long distance with no room boy service ! Corridor lights was reflect in your room via door. The main issue with me was high noise due to their all doors with no soft close .hearing noisy sound for these doors around you especially in morning during housekeeping activity. Thought the hotel was very nice with pleasant and friendly staff.no complaints at all . if I had to moan about something The only thing I could think of is that there was 3 of us in a room and only 2 glasses and 2 cups but hey ho no biggy I could of gone and asked for another one and I’m sure they would of happily obliged .

A lovely romantic stay for our anniversary ”
Hotel was lovely and staff great.. I contacted the hotel in advance as it was our anniversary and they made room up with rose petals Swamy towels and ice bucket and glasses... fantastic service thank you

In need of some TLC”
A lovely hotel, great wedding venue. Rooms far too warm and could do with a little but of tlc especially in the bathroom. Bed was very comfy but could not sleep due to the heat coming from the underfloor heating. Breakfast was very good

Quiet and I should say nice, but my after stay experience was horrible. The reception manager was very, very unpleasant manner to treat a guest or any one at all. She is impatient and has terrible, terrible listening skill. I had bought some items online and used the hotel address. The supplier promised to deliver before my departure date. Unfortunately the items did not arrive until I had left and I did cancel but apparently, the items were already sent. My follow up call to the hotel to enquire about my delivery was so hostile and unfriendly. What was particularly alarming was that the worst behavior was exhibited by the reception manager. In fact the receptionist was a million times better. Albeit me identifying myself and telling her I was a guest for 11 nights. I generally do not think that lady should be a supervisor/manager. She absolutely has no interest of guests at heart. My email to them was never replied. I had t call and insist to speak to the overall hotel manager to get a reply.

Weekend family visit”
The only thing that bothered me about my stay was the dirty carpet in my bedroom. It had dirty marks on it and had not been cleaned off prior to letting the room. Otherwise, I enjoyed my stay. The staff were friendly, polite and helpful, the car parking was good and the breakfast was lovely. I would stay there again when in the area.

Pleasant experience all round”
Did have one issue and that was parking. We stayed for a saturday night. We ate out of the hotel, with friends, that night so went to park when the hotel's functions were on. This was difficult and we had to ask the staff for assistance which was stressful especially given that I am a wheelchair user.That said the staff did succeed in finding us somewhere to park.

The hotel and the rooms looked fabulous. Some things weren't very practical though, the wardrobes definitely don't have enough hangers and the shirt/blouse section is extremely short. The walk to our room was excessively long, especially for an older couple having to drag cases. Although extremely clean in 90% of the room the windows were in a very bad state, dirty with cobwebs inside. The bar staff were extremely polite but not very knowledgeable and the bar had a very poor selection of spirits. Having said that it was fine for one night.

Accommodating but one falling behind the times i.e. Facilities and room spec is years behind other well established hotels. The room per night price was too high based on the above.

The staff were all pleasant, room was really good, food could have been a little better, bacon sat in a tray for some time, bit hard, other than that, a good experience, would stay there again

The Family Executive Room booked with Agoda was great value. Very large comfortable bed plus sofa bed for the kids. Gorgeous and generous breakfast was included.

Rooms dirty and small, not worth the money , staff rude.”
Had paid for double executive room but when we saw the room it was a small size just enough room for bed and a bit of furniture, God knows how big a normal room size would've been but for £100 a night definetly not worth it, better and much cleaner in a travellodge or even b&b. Also there were also hairs in the basin not ours so standard of cleaning was to low standard. I stay in hotels and b&b' s around the country and honestly this was one of the worst and is an honest review. Some of the staff i encountered were rude. Also they had on the website garden view but instead had view of houses . The room should of had a sofa but was way too small for one.

We arrived with a large wedding party at 2pm but was informed that we could not check in until 3pm, as our room was not ready. (Our room would have been vacant from 10am as this is check out time). We then had to leave our bags in reception office, go and get changed for the wedding in the toilets, which were not very clean. We then had to leave the wedding reception at 3pm to be able to check in and then take our bags up to our room. It would have been much easier if our bags could have been taken to our room rather than us have to leave the wedding to do this. As our room would have been vacant from 10am why would it take 4 hours to clean a room?

Tired and dated ”
It was a very long walk to the room especially as we had a lot of luggage. We had to ask for assistance with our luggage to be brought up on a trolley rather than it being offered to us. The room we stayed in was located by an exit door which kept banging each time it was used and this was into the early hours of the morning as it wasn’t a soft close door. It was noisy and the light in the corridor was shining very brightly under our room door. We were attending a wedding reception and the air conditioning broke down which made the reception quite uncomfortable.
