Exceptional”
First time using this hotel location walkable from train station both lime street and central. First impressions were good dropped bags off and went to the show we had booked . Came back to check in all still fine . We were in 407/410 rooms . Good size and clean bathroom nice and bright. Came back later on . Beds comfy and despite being at the front of hotel with original sash window rooms were quiet . We didn't eat here as we have favourite places when we visit Liverpool so can't comment on the food . We would book again and bring our son and the other couple would recommend too . One warning would be to be careful when turning shower off as turn it too far and the handheld head can blast cold water on your bits

Unbeatable Value for Money ”
Great location, friendly staff and unbelievable value for money. I had an interview at the university, and this was the perfect hotel for me. £30 nice functional room, and breakfast included in the city centre. You won't find anywhere better in Liverpool centre.

University visit”
Needed a hotel close to the University for one night as we only had half a day before going on to Manchester. Location was great & we could park the car overnight & even after check out for £10. Short walk down the hill to centre of Liverpool and found a great Tapas restaurant. Problem is that the hotel is 3 old houses linked together with a labyrinth of corridors and stairs. My room was on the 2nd floor of one building and my daughter's on the ground floor of the one furthest away hence navigating lots of stairs & she had a heavy case. Common areas are very dusty and carpets old and musty, my daughter's room was over the kitchen with smell of cooking fat permeating into the corridors. Rooms themselves were big and ok. Double beds were in fact two singles pushed together and though the bases could be latched and mattresses zipped together they hadn't bothered to do it. So I stripped my bed and did it myself! We didn't bother with breakfast and headed straight up to the University

Hallmark Hotel Liverpool ”
The room and bathroom were lovely - nice size, comfy beds and everything we needed. Very good breakfast and very friendly, helpful staff. However, it had the creakiest floorboards in the world! Also, because we were next to the door through to reception, every time somebody went through the vacuum rattled our door. Otherwise everything was great and we would definitely stay again.

It was a bit hard getting to the hotel because it was on top of a hill and inside didn't have too many facilities but our room was very nice and clean. A nice addition was that there was a kettel and ingridients to make coffe and tea.

Room was roasting hot, not a lover of fans because there are noisy when trying to sleep. Windows dated and window in my room very little of it could be opened. Did not sleep much. The breakfast okay. Had to ask staff for mugs which could be readily available. Limited bus service which passes hotel

Hotel quite far from the town. Feel that the ads a bit misleading. Stated kids stay for free but when we reached there they mentioned that need to book bigger room. Wanted to change room but room was full, wanted extra bed also not allowed. Should have just stated there kids need their own bed, that's easier I guess. Hotel has no lift, very difficult to carry luggage if u bring big luggage and carrying a baby too... Got room at highest floor. With luggages and babies, it was really troublesome. Staff was friendly.

Both basin taps were leaking and was blocked. Road traffic way too noisy, other guests. Breakfast was basic and not very nice. Had to pay for parking. Room smelt of eggs. Not a double bed! No waiter at bar, limited choice. Staff were really nice and welcoming

Bon accueil. Parking fermé et surveillé pour la voiture avec un supplément de 10 livres par jour (attention, à prévoir). Chambre petite mais suffisante, et calme. Bon petit déjeuner. Une bonne adresse pour une nuit ou un week end à Liverpool, à un prix très correct.

그냥 별 기대없이 예약한 숙소였는데 생각보다 깔끔하고 좋았습니다. 1인 싱글룸썼는데 침대 욕실 커피포트도 다 깨끗했고요. 직원도 친절하고 가격도 이정도면 매우 합리적이라고 생각합니다. 나중에 또 올거같아요 다만 시내에서 걸어서 7-8분 거리?에 있는데 살짝 으스스한 느낌이 있는거같아요.

5월 15일 유럽여행 첫 숙소였는데 너무 좋았습니다. 시설도 깔끔하고 안에 작은 싱크대와 전자렌지까지 있어서 첫날 체크인이 좀 늦어서 간단한 음식을 방에서 해결할 수 있었어요. 직원들도 친절하고 동네도 깨끗하고 역에서도 가까워 다시 가게되면 또 묵고 싶어요!!
