Great little getaway ”

The cruises along Ha long bay are relatively similar. unfortunately when we booked through agonda we were double booked. Though Su was very helpful and rebooked us with another tour company, due to the lateness it was the best we could get at the time. So I can't comment on Scorpian tours. Although the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming (they picked us up from the hotel and dropped us off to the other tour) Su was also there to great us before and after the tour to make sure everything went well with the other tour.

I wouldn't say this was a bad cruise but it's not one I would recommend if you want anything above a motel grade boat. Our tour guide on the bus to the pier, and the tour guide on the boat were nice. They spoke English decently for a Vietnam Tour guides. The tour guides were prepared and provided excellent customer service. I would give them 4.5 stars. Two night cruise. Easy pick up from Hanoi. Great staff. Halong bay amazing. Food plentiful and delicious. Enjoyed activities but itinerary needs updated. No visit to Cat Ba or cycling. Didn't seem to be any information around safety. Slept well in cabin.

Magic Cruise Experience”

I chose a more traditional boat, smaller and with less fancy services and of course cheaper. However, the itinerary was the same as most tours. The boat surprised and was cute, it really provided the feel I wanted, charming like back in the days. The staff was there for you and did their absolute best to serve you to the standard they thought we from the West seek. They were humble and I really appreciate everything they did. The tried to speak English, they tried to go above and beyond with the tools they had. They do this everyday and have 5 day off a month, I cannot day other than THANK YOU to them. Note, this trip includes exactly everything on the program and the transport from Hanoi to Halong was a must. Since it's a small boat it was very easy to meet with the crew and other guests, you could also tailor make the program.

Not bad for the price”

We stayed in the balcony room (which is really just a table and chair on the walkway outside the room). It was comfortable. The staff are very nice and it's a small boat (8 rooms?), so fairly quiet. The food was ok. Dinner was pretty good, but the lunches were very bland - no spice or condiments at all. I get that they are trying to cater to everyone, but it was really way too bland for us. Even some salt and pepper would have been good. Décor and food not what I'd expect for the price, except it's Halong Bay, so everything is more expensive. Overall, a good experience.

I dos the 3D/2N trip, it is not worth it to do just one night. Staff was nice, but there was cero drinks included and a little overpriced. They should at least include the juices or soft drinks. Also their English is sometimes hard to understand.

2D1N Halong Bay experience”

the main reason i chose this is because i was attracted by the artificial grass carpeting, it makes me feel relaxing. my room number was 202, lighting was too dark, wifi barely work, couldn't catch sunrise view from anywhere on the boat because the docking site was blocked. staffs have great smiles & were helpful. overall not too bad, can consider for affordable halong bay experience.

At first appearance the boat seems very old and tired however when you get on its actually nice and clean. The boat is quite small so it's more of an intimate cruise which is nice if you like to socialise or have some peace. The tour guide met us at our hotel in Hanoi before our transfer arrived and was very helpful and friendly. My partner was suffering with food poisoning and he just couldn't do enough to help. We were quite unfortunate with the cruise as the boat got stuck in shallow water due to the tide so a part of the trip we had to do using they're mini boat. The staff couldn't apologise enough and we were rewarded with free a free bar! Actually worked out better as we got to see halong bay and soi sim beach after the other tours had moved on so it was nice and quiet and we had it to ourselves. Id imagine that this is not a regular occurrence for the boat to get stuck, and they quickly sorted it out. The food was luxurious. Although I am not a fan of seafood, there was plenty of other options such as veggie stuff and beef, chicken etc. Prices were ok. Staff very good and attentive. The room was lovely, probably the nicest we stayed in throughout our entire Vietnam trip. I definately would recommend this trip!

nous avons eu le plaisir de passer le reveillon de noel sur le bateau, c etait vraiment super. l equipage etait aux petits soins et nous a prepare un super reveillon. les repas etaient tres bons. on avait pris la cabine avec «balcon» qui etait tres bien. nojs avons passe un excellent moment. les activites etaient tres bien aussi.

クルーズは他のレビューと同じ内容です。設備自体は古いですが清潔にされていました。13人乗船しましたが各グループ毎のテーブルで食事をしました（私は1人）。2日目の昼食が一番量が多かったです。宿泊食事付のオプションツアーだと思えば格安です。ピックアップバスは25人乗りで快適でした（ハノイから3.5H　途中休憩0.5H）。英語OK,日本語ダメ。

Отличный круиз, очень внимательный гид Холми, урок Тай Чи на очень высоком уровне. Старались угодить с едой, но все же с устрицами и мидиями надо быть аккуратнее, чтобы не получить расстройство желудка.
