"Staff was really nice and they were quick to respond my e-mail. I had my package sent to and from the hotel using Yamato and staff was really helpful and kind to help me out. I am genuinely grateful for your help. ありがとうございました! The room was spacious unlike other Japanese hotels. Mine was around 30+ sqm. Everything was clean. Bed was huge and comfortable. The reception area was also spacious. The restroom at the lobby was clean and no unpleasant smell even though there were a lot of guests, the booking was full, during my stay. It's quite near JR station but the sidewalks along the way were a little bumpy. And the hotel is in the city and is in walking distance to many places. A number of restaurants nearby, Family mart and the post office were just around the corner. Overall, a pleasant stay. I would definitely book this hotel once again if I visit Hamamatsu :)"

"I would highly recommend this hotel. It's strategically located near JR Hamamatsu station. The room is of reasonable size and very comfortable. Only one pillow was given in single occupancy, however there's a spare pillow in the wardrobe and you can request for extra pillow, should you desire. The reception area for checking in is on the Level 2. Room card is given and needed to access to your floor. I thoroughly enjoyed the buffet breakfast too, it's served at the restaurant on Level 1. There were selection of Western and Japanese food."
