The hotel is not so nice but the rooms are perfect , the bed the pillows are awsom , the shower too, the breakfasts is good , they have water and coffee and tea all day and the staff is very nice We really enjoy our stay

Good choice on the border of Hallandale and Aventura”
Located across the (wide) street from Gulfstream Park which has many eateries. It's also a short drive to Aventura Mall and, in winter, it's a decent 20-25min walk to the mall (it's too warm and humid to walk at any other time of the year). The breakfast offerings are limited but you can help yourself to as many helpings as you want. Staff are friendly and this is the hotel's other USPs. Good selection of channels on tv and spacious rooms with a little sofa. It could be a little cheaper but I'll be using it on my next trip.
