          If I could only rate no star”

          Worst resort I have ever been to. Facilities are obviously not cleaned and maintained. Pool is very dirty and full of rust, dead insects and dry leaves. We weren't able to enjoy Bataan because of this place. So traumatizing travel ever considering the distance between metro manila and Morong Bataan. Mosquitoes are everywhere. The place needs deep cleaning. I just don't know why it still accepts guest bookings given the condition of the place. We transferred to Bataan White Corals at night because we can't sleep there. Kawawa si baby. How I wished I booked directly to Bataan white corals since it's far better than Hana Natsu.

          Needs a lot of improvement ”

          AC's thermostat can't be changed resulting to uncomfortable stay. The beddings are horrible. We only book here to sleep because our relatives are staying on a nearby resort, we joined them the next day.
