The staff were really nice and friendly; very accommodating! Beds are also good and the area is being cleaned daily! And oh, THEY HOSTED THE BEST PARTY EVER!!!!!!!! See you soon, Hang Loose! Will definitely book again on my third visit! Highly recommend ❤️❤️❤️

Exceptional”
I stayed there for 3 nights. And it was amazing. The staff are knowledgeable of the island. The manager knows where the parties are! That's the fun part because I travelled solo. The toilets and showers are really clean! Which is a combination of the staff cleaning and discipline of the guests. My only con is that the room is dark. But that will encourage you to hangout in the common area. You will have everything you need here. Location is good, it's in the middle of everything! Close to Kermit's which is another plus.

Needs to improve staffing”
I arrived at 7am and there was no reception nor security and no contact info whatsoever. I just wanted to atleast leave my bag and just come back when it's time to check in. Another guest arrived around 1am and I saw another one 7am next morning - same problem. I'm thankful, though that they allowed me to check in when the receptionist arrived. I also spilled water on the bed and I apologized and requested the staff to change the sheets. It was my fault, I know and I apologized. But I heard the staff say "tsk" (as though complaining) while I was there standing beside her. That's not the attitude I was expecting either from hostel or luxury hotels. Other than the above, the place was great. CRs are clean.

The bunk beds were not okay coz the cheapest are located in an open floor area where there's a lot of them. Some dogs run around the sleeping area in the middle of the night and the staff did not do anything about it even after telling them. The electricity is not stable and often blacks out and if that happens the electric fan stops and mosquitos attack , it becomes too hot too. Some of the foreign friends i met in the hostel are complaining about some staff that can't speak english so they can't assist very well. The toilet flush malfunctions a lot too so it gets disgusting.

Find another place, worst hostel I have done. My mattress was a gym mattress straight on broken wood and asked 3 times to have other one. My cabinet was dirty, my bed had oil on it and there isn't walls then I hope you enjoy to listen dogs, scooter and karaoke until 3am.

Don't bother”
I was excited to check in as the hostel looks great. Unfortunately paid for 4 nights upfront but stayed 1. First night met by locals playing ridiculously loud music til 4am. And rats attacked the hostel climbing in beds. I checked out early and mentioned to reception, which was met with a very cold response and no refund.
