It is a guest house run as a family's business. The staffs and owner are the same family. The old lady (staff)is friendly and honest. The room is spacious and windows are fully opened by 3 sides, gives you panoramic view to the landscape far away from the hill. But the facilities are poor, it is understandable because they offer cheap price. Hard bed, no toilet paper, no drinking bottle, no making rooms during our stay (3 nights), and very important that, there is no warm shower. When we were there, it was Sept, and stormy, cold, but could not take shower, since there is no hot water. Maybe you go by the sunny season, it would be more acceptable to taking cold shower. The Sao beach is ugly, Khem beach is prohibited by Jw Marriott, small beach at the end of the alley is dirty. So basically there are no beautiful beaches around that you can access. It is basically a basic room where you just come and sleep in the nature, very natural with lots of bush of old tree by the window (that's the only thing I like). The coffee bar is big and spacious and offers beautiful scenic view. The foods cooked by the staff, are cheap and good in Vietnamese family style (rice and food). I don't care if they don't have airco, toilet paper, drinking bottle, or making room, but I would like it more if they offer warm shower. I have to wait till I fly back home just to take shower, 4 days being cold and dirty.

View đẹp, quang cảnh rộng rãi, thoáng mát. có hồ bơi nhưng hồ bơi chỉ để ngắm. Trang thiết bị trong phòng, có nêu nhưng thực tế không có: - không tủ quần áo, không tivi, không dép đi trong nhà, không tủ lạnh, không nước uống miễn phí như đã ghi. - không có nhân viên dọn phòng, không thay ga, không thay khăn tắm (cần thì tự đưa lễ tân mới đổi), không quét phòng, lau phòng, đổ rác. - Nhà mình thue 2 phòng: 1 phòng 1 giường đôi giá 360k, 1 phòng 2 giường đôi lơn giá 540k (giá agoda, còn giá ngoài là 560k), ở từ tối t7 đến sáng t3 trả phòng, 9g30 tối thứ 2 đi chơi về vào phòng không có khăn tắm mới mình gọi điện cho chủ ks thì bảo là khăn tắm mới ks ko tự thay phải đem đi đổi, 9g đêm hơn rồi còn làm phiền ks ko cho ngủ ngáy mặc dù ghi quầy lễ tân 24/24.
