Room is not well-maintained.”
Location is excellent because it's just 5 -minute walk from Boardwalk, one of the best locations in Cloud 9. It has a breachfront facing Cloud 9 which makes this place extra special. Rooms need renovation. It smells like an old wood soaked in water. Sink is clogged. Electric fans available in the room are too soft to blow air inside, owner could have replaced it with industrial-type fans. Ceiling fan is not working. But still a good place to stay, it's just that rooms need renovation.

Over priced at 30$ per night as nothing apart from rooms here, aircon pretty noisy and room basic good location opposite cloud 9 but 3km away from town

This is located opposite the cloud 9 but is a few km away from general Luna not walking distance the rooms are basic, 1st night no sink water no bathroom light but 2nd night all fixed, the food at the place is very over priced and seems like they cook each mean separate, I’d say there are better places around for nearly 30$ per night

It was a good stay! thanks for helping us avail cheap island hopping tour, they have big rooms but no wifi, the rooms are a bit far from the shore but near tourism highway.

There are many better places in Siargao”
We stayed there for some nights and had expected more from that place. Firstly there was no water one night. Therefore they provided us with a barrel of water so we could at least manually flush the toilet or so. Secondly they advertised that there is a public WiFi, but when we were there there was no WiFi. Their Bar on the beach needs to be cleaned up and then it would be a very nice place to enjoy a beer in the night. You can really feel, that they wont have that place anymore long and therefore do not much effort to keep it nice. The aircon looked very dirty, however the rest of the room was clean. All in all we will not stay in there again.

No water, the owner and staff are all not around the whole time we were there. ”
It would be better if they have staff to assist their clients. No water during the day. They location is really near to surfing are however the owner i guess does not care about the resort it self. They are contented when someone is checking in. We havent seen them and just left the room in the door knob when we left the place. This place is bad, it needs improvement to overall.

Good location”
I only planned to surf most of the time so it was practical to stay near the boardwalk. Hanigad’s location is superb. The rooms are quite old but are bigger than the usual rooms I get for the same price point. There were a few times power and water ran off. Ventilation could be improved especially if you want to keep the windows open while avoiding mosquitoes and insects getting in the room. Wifi was unreliable. Staff are very accommodating though.
