Overall amazing hotel, Highly recommended!”
This hotel is absolutely stunning, is a good value for money and has great customer service! The staff speak English, French and Arabic so it is perfect for most people. The breakfast was great however I would have liked some fresh juice to go with it. But overall, this hotel and the staff was very welcoming. Highly recommended!

Poor customer service 🙄”
We were advised upon check in that the airconditoning was unavailable through out the hotel and to shut our mouth they gave us a deluxe room which was a corner room and it was too loud with disco underneath playing loud music till 4am. Food was half the usual and no stuff at all that the porter at one time was cleaning our room too. When it's dark the corridors are not lite up it's like you are walking in a resident evil game. Plus from 4 lifts they switched off 2 of them and you wait for ages to go up to your room and down to the lobby. You complain and the manager (who was a woman at the time of our stay )gives you a I don't care attitude. Buffet came as close to normal when the hotel was fully booked which was 4 days after our arrival. Do not go!!!!

Freindly staff,easy to check in. the breakfast was poor, old bread and really not good. The room was old and need an upgrade , many things are on hold to save money. No hot water, about 30 gr. bad lighting. Door key not working proberly, terass door very heavy and difficult to open /have been reparird many times. frigo not working proberly. No water at arrivel in room. Dont drink water from bathroom. Its really warnout the hotel, so sorrry because its situated very nice. and YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FORE.... Hotel very cheap :)

Good points: near the beach, near the harbour for boat trips, pool area clean and well maintained, nice hot showers in rooms. Bad points: very very poor internet,even at reception area, hotel restaurant food is horrible, no taste , no choice , no water available during dinner time which is unfair and they ask you to pay for drinks and water separately. Late night bar with club is too noisy playing loud music until 4am., Difficult to sleep at night.

An average Tunis hotel - great opportunities and p”
The location of hotel is good. The see is close as well as the harbour. One can also find some sort of a resort centre with shopping, activities for children and adults (attraction park) and cafeterias. It all has reasonable quality for Tunisian standards. The hotel has the same problem as most of Tunisian hotels – it has depreciated and needs renovation. Breakfast is fine and eatable (yet without enjoying).

The hotel itself is dated, but it’s quaint. The food was amazing! But it was quite busy at any given time. They almost need to consider sitting times for dinners. The sea was amazing the pools were great! Hannibal place was close as well as the marina for night walks! Everyone was friendly

Notre chambre n’a pas été bien nettoyer, il y a des poiles sur le sol ! Mensonge sur la climatisation : il y en a une mais pas de mise en route, la raison c’est qu’il ne fait pas assez chaud alors que qu’il fait actuellement 30 degré Notre réservation inclus le dîner mais l’eau est payante L’avantage c’est la nourriture qui est bonne et variée

Je me permets de partager avec vous notre mauvaise expérience suite à notre réservation dans votre hôtel On a pris une nuit car on était de passage à sousse Depuis notre arrivée à la chambre on a constaté qu'elle était sale poussiéreuse Salle de bain sale faïence collantes de saleté WC jaune Une mauvaise odeur Le balcon sale table et chaises pleines de sable on dirait ça fesait plus qu'une semaine sans nettoyage On était tellement fatigués de notre voyage Qu'on c'était dis c'est pas grave juste pour une nuit on avait tellement besoin de dormir Dès qu'on a essayé de dormir on a eu des démangeaisons c'est clair que les draps étaient sale j'espère que ce n'est pas les punaises de lit Cerises sur le gâteau une nuisances sonore incroyable on a un moteur qui fait du bruit Ainsi que le bruit de la boîte de nuit J'ai une migraine et je voumis tellement que j'en peux plus Grosse déception En plus j'ai prévu le monsieur à l'accueil qu'on était fatigué et qu'on avait besoin de dormir La il est deux heures du matin et le bruit ça continue C'est vraiment inadmissible Je n'hésiterais pas à partager ma mauvaise expérience et mon mécontentement sur tous les réseaux sociaux Pour l'hôtel ainsi que sur agoda pour qu'il sache comment on traite ses clients dans cette hôtel

J’ai réservé sur le site, mais quand je suis arrivé là-bas ils ont demandé une augmentation par rapport au prix et mon obliger à payer les frais de taxi et l‘augmentation sinon j’ai pas le droit de rentrer à la chanmbre et je dois attendre dehors dans le parking au à l’accueil, le temps que je décide si je paye ou pas est-ce que j’ai pas compris pourquoi je dois payer l’augmentation et sur le site c’était pas affiché que je dois payer c’était pas le même prix que l’afficher sur le site sur place
