The Best Hotel We have ever stay at.”
We were the first Guests whom stayed at Hanoi Bella Rosa Hotel which is really new brand opening but all in all are more than above expectation . The room was large and spacy with luxuries facilities and really comfort, the breakfast served on the top of the hotel where you can overlook down to the Hoan Kiem Lake and city view with unlimitted of the ordered. The staff were really welcoming , helpful to show us any thing of the Hotel and also really professional , they also arranged of the tours around of Hanoi . The Hotel is just few second by foot walk walking to all famous place in Hanoi : Hoan Kiem lake , water puppet theather , night markets , restaurants and shopping center. We were so happy to stay at Hanoi Bella Rosa and we will stay at this Hotel again if we come back to Hanoi. Highly recommend any one to stay at this Hotel without any hesitate. GREAT HOTEL”
I was very satisfied during stay. Staffs are very kind and nice. Even breakfast was so awesome!! However, there is little weakness. There was black out at midnight. I guess it is because of pouring. Also, they offered me a room upgrade to a city view room. But, it was little bit noisy to fall a sleep. Eventhough above things, if I have a chance to visit hanoi, I am willing to stay there again and again. Actually, after that, I stayed other hotel in Hanoi which is so expensive with good grade. but, there service and others are not as good as this hotel. I love you guys, Hanoi Bella Rosa Hotel<3

We were supposed to stay at the Bella rosa for 1 night. But as soon as we arrived, we were informed that the previous guest whom had fallen sick and had to be hospitalized requested to extend her stay. At first, we were slightly suspicious as Hanoi can be a tourist trap sometimes. However this feeling soon changed to a much more positive impression, as the staff quickly escorted us to the sister hotel, Hanoi golden moment hotel (which is just as conveniently located) and upgraded our room to a top floor room with a balcony. We left with a positive impression of the hotel and its staff.

Very good clean hotel”
Stayed 5 nights in late May and was upgradedat no extra cost to Bella Rosa Suite. Location is within Old Quarter, next to Hoan Kiem lake with lots of food outlets. Very clean, cool, quiet room at the back of building. Breakfast was good. All staff were very efficient and courteous. Special mention to cheerful and helpful Anna and Daisy. Wishing all staff all the best in their future undertakings.

Thank you Bella Rosa Hotel staff.On the evening of March 28, my wife was bitten by an ant and I needed some medicine.I asked the information desk because I didn't know the nearest pharmacy.The staff kindly took notes on the map and I followed the directions. But when I was walking on the street, an employee came to me who opened the door. He couldn't speak English, but he led me to the pharmacy.He was gone when I bought the medicine.I gave him a small tip when I came back to the hotel, but that's not enough.His kindness is the best memory of my first trip to Vietnam. If I visit Vietnam again someday, I will definitely stay at this hotel again. Once again, I would like to say thank you to him. Thank you very much. a friendly friend I hope will be see you again~

Staff especially Daisy welcomes you as VIP with quality refreshing fresh juices and fruit. Rooms are clean huge with equally spacious bathrooms. Excellent wi-fi .Spacious airy rooms with ample light. Comfortable king-size bed with fresh clean linen. The best fulfilling breakfast in the whole of Hanoi: buffet that will accommodate all. Staff friendly professional and good grasp of the English language. No pressures sales for any tours. It really beyond expectation. In addition to convenient location, clean room, staffs are very kind and helpful, suggest us many tips. We also love their breakfast, fresh and various, also customized. The only defect is that they shifted our booking to another sister hotel for first night without notification, and the room is incompatible with our order. But they noted our request and improved at the 3 night afterward. Accordingly, if I go to Hanoi again, I would definitely choose Bella Rosa!

NEW HOTEL IN GREAT POSITION”
This hotel is only a few months old and set 1 block back from Hoan Kiem Lake which makes it the perfect position to exp[lore the lake and its surrounds or just a 2 minute walk to get into the old quarter and all it has to offer. The rooms are very generous in size and well presented and the bathrooms are equally spacious. The breakfast provided by the hotel freshly prepared (not buffet) style with many choices to be had and there was no restriction on how many dishes you could have. All the staff were extremely polite and friendly and English was well spoken. all in all a great place to stay while visiting Hanoi.

We stayed here three times in January 2020 as we went off on various side strips, Halong Bay etc and returned each time. Staff couldn't have been anymore friendly. Amazing location in Old Quarter round the corner by the lake. There are two Bella Rosas a few doors from each other - same hotel group - go up to the terrace on the Bella Rosa Suites - the one which you have breakfast in. Really clean and amazing value for the price. Great breakfast. Recommended highly.

Great location and excellent service”
The hotel's location was fantastic as it was about 2 minutes walk away from Hoan Kiem lake and about 3 minutes away from the night market. The service was also excellent as they were very helpful in arranging tour plans for you. Also, since the hotel is not that big, they were very accommodating and remembered our names almost immediately. Unfortunately, I only remember Albert, Helen and Tony but all the staff were truly very helpful and accommodating. The only drawback I saw was that the wi-fi was weak or fluctuating most of the time that I tried to use it, other than that there was absolutely no problem. I would definitely love to come back to this hotel and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a hotel in Hanoi.

The service n staffs made it a 5 star experience ”
Located in the heart of old quarters the location offers n easy access to the main market, lake, happening stores n restaurant. Though a 3 star hotel, the staffs offered us a 5 star experience. Chris and Lucia were there two most fantastic client managers at the reception I have met. They ensured we get the best of everything. They guided us with places to visit, restaurants etc. This two lovely people were making us feel at home with all the care n self initiatives to make our stay the best. Thank you so much. Great staff and location, decent food ”
My girlfriend and I stayed just for one night. We loved it utterly. Perfectly clean room, lovely decorations, and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were extremely helpful, right down to drawing maps for us to local sights. It's right around the corner from Hoan Kiem Lake too, and nestled in the Old Quarter. So there is plenty to see, eat, drink, and buy in every direction The buffet breakfast was decent, but you want to get in early while everything is still fresh. However, decent food on top of a great room in a great location at a low price is hardly something I can whine about. Highly recommended, would stay again

I am very impressed with a good hotel service . It’s very near Hoan Kiem lake which is very beautiful and I think it takes 2mins by walking . Hotel staff prepared for the good information with printed letter where located in good restaurants and they were very kind . I will stay again if I have a chance to go there.

Excellent location & Friendly staff”
It's only 1 minute walk to Thang Long Water Puppet Theater and Hoan Kiem Lake, with lots of good eateries around. Weekend night market is just around the corner. Hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful, they have the best breakfast served during my Hanoi trip (stayed in 4 different places). It was a comfortable stay, the only disappointment was the triple room's window is actually facing a wall, can't complain much because that's the building structure, at least they make the effort to build windows.

During my stay for 5 days in the Hotel, Bella Rosa, had a Birthday. It was fantastic staff who give me a Birthday Cake written my name. This is the first time to be surprised. I appreciate again for the Staff to ready for the Cake. Also I want to see the Staff soon. Adios !
