The room and bathroom was super clean. Bed is also comfy with clean sheets. Love that they provided room slippers, bathroom slippers and bath robes. Bathroom was spacious and clean with good hot and cold shower. My only nitpick would be to have mirrors in the room. The only mirror was in the bathroom. And more lighting in the room and bathroom. Location is excellent as it is near the busy roundabout with a lot of eateries and cafes nearby. Staff was very friendly and helpful especially Grace. She provided a map with recommended places of attraction and restaurants. Grace even went above and beyond by suggesting places to go to tailor ao dai. All these was upon check-in even before we went to our room. Amazing staff!

You won’t regret staying here”
First off, all of the staff were super polite and attentive to all customers, they even provided a map to some of the local attractions and places to visit. Secondly, the hotel is located at a prime area and really close to all the places to visit like the lake, beer street and the night market. There are also bars just 50m away. I’d recommend going to Alley Bar for a drink! Thirdly, the room was very clean and the bed was comfy too. You don’t have to worry about travel adapters as their plugs are universal and it also comes with USB ports. Mini bar items are also available. Overall, it was an extremely comfortable stay. The only thing that might need improvement is their heater system as you need to remember to turn on 5-10 mins before you shower.

Superb staff and customer service! ”
Great location as it is within walking distance to many tourist spots and eating places. On our first night, they did not prepare the correct room for us but assured us they will move us the next day. As promised, they moved us and were so nice and apologetic about it. They even prepared a gift for us to apologise for the mistake. Best service recovery I have ever experienced. Would definitely recommend for their location and staff!

Perfect downtown location for exploration”
If you're looking to explore downtown Hanoi, this is a great base. It's a super short walk from Hoam Kiem lake and plenty of the city's famous landmarks are nearby. The room I got was clean, spacious, and cozy. The staff is always helpful - as soon as I checked in, I got a Hanoi 101 talk, complete with a map and recommendations on where to eat, visit, and shop. They also have spa services that are good and observe Covid protocols. The only drawback that I can see is that you won't get any breathtaking views, given that you'll be downtown. But you can always go to the lake and other places for that.

This hotel was a joy to stay with. The location is great - in the old town near the lake. The room was well appointed with a comfortable bed and lovely rain shower. The staff went over and above to make our stay enjoyable - they arranged an airport transfer, tickets to the water puppet show and even a tour guide. They greeted us warmly every time we passed through the spectacular lobby and seemed genuinely happy that we enjoyed their hospitality. Definitely highly recommended and we will certainly be staying here again next time we visit Hanoi!

Had a great time staying at the Imperial Hotel. Room was clean and comfy, with a cute little balcony for you to check out the street below. Super close to the central lake area, and convenient enough when you use GrabBike to get around. Service is also wonderful, they give a good detailed breakdown of the sights and also suggest an itinerary based on what you like to see. 10/10 would recommend!

This hotel is spacious and clean. I love the decoration and the layout of the very spacious room. The price is very reasonable. And the location is very central in old district. There's room for improvement in the breakfast menu. The hotel is located in a nice quiet corner. Next time I will return to this place.

I travel for business a lot. My partner and I had 2 stays here this week. The best customer service and genuine extra mile care. Ideal location quiet at night great breakfast.... honestly I'm had to please and I really couldn't fault it. Just do yourself a favour.

Location is best, you can enjoy walking around old town (but pick up bus for sightseeing sometimes cannot enter street) Staff are young but very kind and friendly, at front desk and restaurant. Air conditioning works well, breakfast at restaurant is good (you can order Pho),. I hope it will be improved, internet in room is sometimes weak, cleaning drainage in shower room. and hot water capacity for two person.

Really comfortable for a 3 star”
I really like how they provided us with a map with their recommendations. They also texted me a day before to arrange transport. I appreciate so much how they ensured that we had a bathtub. Unfortunately we never had the opportunity to take a bath as it took to long to fill up! Breakfast was 5 USD per person and was pretty sufficient with good pho and coffee. We don’t really recommend the spa, my husband’s masseuse was way too weak. My masseuse wasn’t bad though. There is a strange shop at the entrance of this hotel where customers would block the entrance now and them. So strange. Even then, it was pretty quiet and the room was sufficient. The service is good and always prompt — something I really appreciated. All in all, a really good place to stay.
