Great choice for location and cleanliness”
La Nueva was one of the best choices we made for my first trip to Hanoi. The hotel has a prime location, being situated only 3mins walk from Hoan Kiem Lake and within walking distance to other attractions. It is also within 5mins walking distance to Sapa Express, which is great as we had booked a bus trip with them from Hanoi to Sapa. My friends and I were also well taken care of by the staff, who were conversant in English and would chat with us. They took the initiative to offer to pre pack breakfast for us when we had to leave for an early bus trip, and provided great recommendations for our coffee and chocolate cravings. Our rooms were also kept spick and span, making it a comfortable and clean stay. I would return to this hotel again on future trips to Hanoi.

This hotel is situated at the central location in the Old Quarter Hanoi, where we can find any types of food for local people and visitors. We can walk and visit any historical sites as desired. The hotel has a good selection of breakfast (hot, salad, bakery, and etc.), clean and elegant, friendly staff, and good service at a reasonable rate. Recommended!

The location of the hotel is good and the room is clean. It can be noisy until late at night around the hotel, but the soundproofing is good, so there is nothing wrong if you are not too sensitive. The staff were all friendly and showed the best service. Lovely hotel👍

Home Away From Home”
We stayed in the Junior Suite from 28 Dec to 2 Jan. The hotel is conveniently located a stone's throw from Hoan Kiem lake and on the border of the Old Quarter and French Quarter. Our suite room was large and comfortable. Bathroom was a tad small for a suite, but sufficient by usual hotel standards. What impressed us was the warm hospitality of the hotel staff. We were always greeted by friendly smiles from Jenny, Jimmy, Jolie, Anna, James and all reception staff (sorry we didnt manage to get all their names), who were kind, personable and provided helpful suggestions. After a long day out, coming back to the hotel was like returning to a comfortable home. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Can't wait to return for another stay at La Neuva!

Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was excellent and service impeccable. Staff from the Front office right down to maintenance treated us as VIPs. Location was right next to the Old Quarters and attractions like the lake and Opera house are all within walkable distance. Highly recommended and will not disappoint as service was attentive and sincere compared to bigger hotels.

A nice boutique hotel rooms are a bit small”
My partner, and I enjoyed our stay at this hotel, but we’re a bit disappointed by the size of the room after booking a suite but getting a single room, with a corner, partly sectioned off by a little wall, which apparently justified the appellation “suite”. The room also had a bit of a musky smell, as did the hallway outside. But that said, it is a fine hotel in a good location with excellent staff. Simply adjust your expectations for the size of the room and you’ll be quite satisfied. By the way, the cost of two cocktails (about 660,000) at the bar on top of the hotel was about half the cost of our suite for one night night, so beware.

Gracious Service and Great Food ”
Wonderful, little hotel, close to the lake. The Covid crisis was just starting as we stayed there and we felt secure and well taken care of. It has a penthouse restaurant with views and a cool, roof garden bar. There was a very talented female singer performing while we were there . Great dining and gracious service. As we departed they gave us a little handcrafted gift of a string of fabric birds. It was a sweetest gesture and, like swallows, if we ever return to Hanoi, we'd be happy to nest at the La Siesta Diamond hotel again.

The location of the place is right at the old city quarter and walking distance from all the interesting places, cafés and restaurants. The staff is super helpful and sweet spoken. Rooms were clean will full amenities. I would highly recommend this place.
