Amazing hotel!”
LeLe & Frog is the perfect place to stay in Hanoi. Located in the Old Quarter but not in the backpacker district allows the best of both worlds: Nice quiet sleeping hours AND lots of amazing authentic restaurants within a 2 minute walk out the door. The breakfast every day is delicious. The staff is so friendly and helpful, they arranged motorbike rental and cabs for us whenever we needed! We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Hanoi.

the hotel is surrounded with different resto ( local) and pubs. near Circle K and is easy to book a grab. Pin the hotel address and your good. the staff are super friendly. If you want a nice budget hotel good for sleeping and freshen up then this one is for you.

During our stay rooms were under renovation but it was not disturbing. Very nice staff. No breakfast, however you find plenty of locations in the area. Close to Hanoi train station and train street.

The staff are so polite and friendly. Room are clean and tidy... Good space. It's near so many tourists attraction, walking distance. Breakfast has fresh fruit and vegetables. .. Chicken Noddles soup was my favorite... You can find good price for tours with the front desk staff....

Right on food street with night bbq and local food. Close to main quarters. Rooms were extremely basic. Could use a bit of an upgrade. Hallways are small. Would stay only for a few nights if you need sleep only. Don't expect much.

Lovely boutique hotel”
We really enjoyed our stay at Hanoi Lele & Frog Hotel. Cute and clean rooms. Central location, right in the middle of Hanoi's Street Food and walking distance from major sights, including Hoan Kiem Lake, Thanh Long Citadel (a must-see) and the Literature Temple (also a must-see). The staffs were hospitable and went out of their way to help us with calling Grabs and taxis and arranging our ride to the airport. The breakfast was delicious and better than many of the places we went to in Hanoi. Would absolutely recommend this hotel!

All the reviews for this hotel are genuine and I'm could vouch for that. Before arrival, Ms Apple will normally sent message to your inbox to enquire the arrangements on the stay. So please don't be afraid to ask for the airport transfer service as the hotel has this service. The price I'm paid for the service was well worth as the guy was actually waited for me at the airport arrival hall for almost one hour and yet they waited patiently. Double thumb up for that. I was delayed due to baggages issues. The location of the hotel could not be any better. It's located in between the museum and hoan kiem lake. So if you are staying at hanoi for few days, you can always pay a visit of these places by walking on foot. Other than that, local taxi drivers or grab drivers are quite familiar with the hotel's street. So if you were lost or too tired to walk back to hotel, just tell or show the driver the street name. So we had no problem at all either with taxi or grab car. Breakfast at the hotel is definitely the. second highlight of our stay. You can choose from the menu ranging from pho bo or beef noodle, pasta, omelette, toost or many others great food. They will cook on the spot at the kitchen behind the eating hall. Behold, if I'm told you that all the food is definitely tasty and you could definitely forgetting to hunt other food stall at Hanoi based on TripAdvisor. The pho is yummy and tasty. The pasta is well cooked seasoned with herb, cheese etc. It's the shame that it's only available for breakfast only. If only if kitchen open all day long, I'm think it will full house whole day. Well, first highlight will definitely goes to Ms Apple and Ms Viu whom made this hotel felt warm as if as home. They are quite attention to detail, truly care and attend all of your needs during stay. Some others hotel that I'm stayed before was great too but this is exceptional very great or probably the best 3 star hotel that i ever stay. You will feel the warmth and friendli

We stayed at hanoi lele & frog hotel for one night in hanoi. The staff was friendly and the rooms very clean. The customer service organiser, always checked to make sure we were comfortable and was really helpful in organising our one...The breakfast is also very good with American style, French, or traditional vietnamese. The location was great, on the edge of the Old Quarter, with some good eating places in the street and a little bar on the corner, turning left out of hotel.

My family and I had an amazing stay at this Hotel. The staff were extremely helpful, and went out of their way to make sure that you were happy with everything.They did so much to make my stay amazing--graciously carrying bags, helping me book a tour, asking me how my day was. Room are comfortable and affordable ! Breakfast is included with alot of choices of set( American, French, ...) The hotel is located in the old district, you will be next to everything to enjoy the city ! I recommend lele & Frog hotel, Don't hesitate !

Perfect place to stay on Hanoi”
We loved our stay at Lele & Frog, the room was very clean and nice, had everything needed, bathroom was comfy. The staff was so friendly, always greeting us with a smile. Breakfast is very good. And the location is perfect as you can stroll around by foot and visit all the little streets in the old Hanoi. We highly recommend also the very nice cocktail bar right next to hotel! We will come back to Lele & Frog soon when we are back in Hanoi :)

Super friendly hotel”
Lele and frog is a great hotel to explore Hanoi or start/end a Vietnam trip. The hotel is located on walking distance from the train station. Staff is superfriendly, they can assist (if you want, they are not pushy) with arranging all sorts of things (trips, hotels, train tickets etc). When we were there there was some construction work going on, which was a bit noisy. Each time we got to the lobby the staff apologized, we were offered a free drink in a cafe close by and the works stopped at 5 in the afternoon. So it was of no issue at all for us. Only minor point, try to get a room in the back of the hotel (rooms with 2 or 3 at the end of the number), these are the quiet rooms away from the street.

I had an amazing stay at Hanoi lele & Frog . The staff were extremely helpful, and went out of their way to make sure that you were happy with everything.Breakfast is great with lots of choice.Jimmy & Ben were especially helpful, and helped us book a three day tour to Halong Bay and Cat Ba Island through the hotel too. Overall it was very safe and would recommend to anyone!

Amazing service”
Jimmy and his staff were simply amazing. Lele & Frog was clean, cozy, and comfortable. They went out of their way to make us feel right at home. We were welcomed with coffee and lemonade while Jimmy went over our itinerary with us and helped book train tickets for later in our trip. The complimentary breakfast was lovely and they will make whatever you like. Location was excellent - close to many of the sights and situated on a cute little side street with many restaurants and bars. All of the staff were super friendly and speak English to help monolingual tourists like myself. Can't recommend Lele & Frog enough!

My family and I had a wonderful experience with this hotel. The staff are very friendly, they will help you with everything you need from places to eat and visit, to money exchange, travel tours, etc. Breakfast was really good, rooms were clean. It was so worth the price. Location is also perfect as food stores just outside the hotel are open up until 4am, and we only walked to most places like Hoan Kiem Lake and French Quarters. There are a lot of coffee shops, too. I highly recommend that you stay in this hotel, for sure I would choose this hotel again if I will have another trip to Hanoi. Shout out to the staff, Apple and Viu, for making us feel at home during our stay :)

Best Hotel ever”
I can't recommend Hanoi Lele & Frog highly enough. The staff were very helpful in our stay here in Hanoi. The customer service was on point.Good clean and comfortable rooms. Bathrooms were cleaned 2 times a day. Great breakfast. And hospitality was amazing, such nice people. Overall would definitely recommend this place.
