This is the second time I have stayed at Happy Valley and I am pleased to say there is continuous development whether it's with staff relations with guests, facilities and general hotel presentation. I will definitely stay at this hotel again. Management go the extra mile to ensure a wonderful stay, including the General Manager who makes time in his busy schedule to talk to guests!

Rooms are spacious but need a make over. Wifi not working in the rooms so didn't have connectivity. Room service was slow when I asked for it. I normally get better value for money for the rate I paid for the night

Upon check-in our rooms were not ready. The security is poor. There was no ice-dispenser and were told to buy an ice-bucket at the cost of R50...whilst there is a shopping complex just adjacent where ice could be bought for R6.

The room was shabby, no fridge in it, patio overlooking bricks and chopped trees, the Wifi erratic, the service unfriendly and they wanted to charge R50 for a bucket of ice!
