My stay was amazing from arrival to final day. Lewis at Concierge, to wonderful staff that cleaned my room you are AMAZING. As a Solo Traveller I would highly recommend this place. Please keep your staff and take great care of them. I will be back and expect to see Lewis happy face. Pay him more I say or at least give him a higher role. Customer service from Lewis excellent. Thanks for helping this Maori Girl during my stay.

5-star quality at 3-star price!”
This 4-star hotel felt more like a 5-star hotel at 3-star price! Ok, so we stayed here during the HK protests which may have brought the price down (btw, we never felt the protests). The rooms itself are top-notch - so clean and the pillows and beds are amazing. The rooms may have been on the smaller side - I don't know about you, but I go to a hotel to sleep, not to marvel at the square footage - so cleanliness and sleep quality are the only thing I consider. One downside is that the location isn't great. The hotel itself is great, but step outside the hotel and everything is meh... but that may be just how it is in HK. However, everything is close by so you're just a MTR bus or subway away from where you want to go. I will definitely look into staying here again should I ever find myself back in HK.

Clean room, nice and friendly service, most of people check in are locals, very unique environment and community, it is good to explore the local foods, the hotel buffet is amazing, even we try the room service for ordering food, fantastic! We will definitely stay again.

Spacious room with excellent service”
It's my first time stay in Kowloon City, the Sung Wong Too MTR station is about 8mins walk from hotel. Quiet and nice place to stay. Room is clean and spac6 compared to those similar grade in Mongkok area. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Great Hotel”
This was a fabulous Hotel with amazing facilities. The pool, restaurant and bar for happy hour was such a bonus for when you didn't want to go to far for a meal. It was great to be able to chill by the pool. Walking distance from all amenities including train stations. Room very comfortable with a great view over the city. Gorgeous at night.

Clean room with good room clean up services everyday. I left behind something which is worth only USD8. They gave me a call next day & keep my item. Finally I picked it up a week later. This is unexpected as this item is unimportant item. I went back to pick it up because I want to see if they are attentive to guest services. This hotel is worth for my recommendation. Well done.
