Good location and clean facilities. Has a kinda good beach clubish! next door to Ushuaia Hotel and pool club for partying. Also two minutes away from Hi club which is prime location. It can get pricy if you book within a short notice. Also staff are amazing and concierge is so helpfull to sort out your parties if you wish

The room was to small.... the hotel is amazing. I Will return, but never again with Agoda! They offer you a suite, once you arrive in the hotel they give you a small silverroom! But the rest like I say is top!!!!

Great Expectations - Disappointing Reality”
From check-in to departure it appeared the hotel was understaffed, their responsiveness to any issues was slow at best. For a relatively new property the rooms appeared depressed and smelled. If you're thinking of sleeping in, avoid rooms by the pool area, the incessant music from early morning to midnight won't help. The location though is excellent.

Welcome to the Y.M.C.A! 🎶”
The hotel is pretty new and the staff friendly - nevertheless it suffers from some MAJOR DESIGN FLAWS. First of all it is VERY NOISY due to the closeby airport and when you enter the main lobby you find yourself in a buzzing / noisy crowd and you might feel that you have just come into a youth hostel (YMCA)... The same applies to the hopelessly OVERCROWDED breakfast area - people have to cue up here for more than 10 minutes just to finally get admitted into a VERY BASIC CANTINA STYLE / self-service venue. Last but not least it seems that room service needs to be extra applied for since when we returned past 3pm to our room it had still not been arranged. They have a funny writing on their main door leaving the hotel which states „you can check out any time you like but you can never leave...“ (The EAGLES ) For me i would like to see that replaced with: „Hit the road Jack and don't you come back no more, no more, no more, no more....🎶🎶 (The ANIMALS)

rooms werent ready but good hotel”
we got to the hotel at 16:00 and even than the room wasn't readty. instead of taking responsibility they started to send us to different rooms, not like we asked for, and after about an hour and a half of going between rooms - they finally found us something decent. gave us a very bad feeling. but besides that - the hotel was really good, clean, nice staff and so on.

It’s a good base for the clubs and beach bars of Bossa. The room is a bit sole less but it’s not really aimed at this. Staff are good.
