What a fabulous hotel. It has everything you want it most definitely has the wow factor when you walk through the door .. The staff are all excellent from checking in to ordering a drink at the bar ..The beds are extremely comfortable and the rooms are very clean and modern . Breakfast is Okay there’s a good choice but some food needs to be kept warmer . Other than that perfect.

Everything was perfect. Fast check in and no need for checkout. We had quality sleep , it was very quiet despite the fact that the hotel is located in a very busy area and music show is talking place in ground floor. Staff were friendly and professional. The breakfast was great. I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again.

I have stayed at a lot of 5* hotels in London like the savoy, ritz etc but for a fun relaxed hotel Hard Rock is by far the best , location for shopping is perfect , hotel Is clean rooms are spacious,but the staff are all brilliant from check in , restaurant and cleaners all were great , special thanks to all the staff in rock royalty

Highly recommend staying at Hard rock hotel in Marbal Arch London. Both myself and husband had a great stay and will go back again. The staff were amazing and helpful. Bar staff were very welcoming along with hard rock restaurant food was lush. Thank you everyone 👍👏

Room was sufficiently spacious for couple. Location was very central and close by the underground subway station as well as bus stand. Within walking distance to Primark, M&S, and Selfridge&Co. Shopping center. Highly recommended.

I’ve been staying at the Hard Rock, previously The Cumberland for over ten years , every time I visit London and wouldn’t stay anywhere else. The location is great, close to just about everything .. the hotel is superb , staff are exceptional. Highly recommended .
