Nice hotel and sports bar”
Staff was fast and always willing to help. Room was clean and comfortable. Perfect spot for a stop on our bicycling tour. Food was good. Beer was cold. Sports on tv. Cable in the room. Everything I wanted at a great price.

A gem discovery in the rough”
OMG this is an absolute gem of artistic layout with very friendly and competent staff, amazing views of the ocean and mountains literally “to kill for,” sunrises an sunsets that force even the uneducated to vex poetic, great food carefully created to add to its overall creativity ("coffee shake" is great as are its other menu items at very reasonable prices), free albeit limited parking and 5g wifi on the ground floor, unfortunately no elevator (get your stair-master exercise “for free”), and semi private beach right at the bottom of its castle like staircase inviting you to swim without the usual hassles of prying eyes and roaming dogs... at one third or less the price of what surrounding hotels with a similar view of the ocean might cost! Its tiny rooms more than make up for their small size with handcrafted gusto, outside seating area and amazing views. We spent 4 times as much for a 4 star hotel in Subic that was by far inferior to this one, not to mention similarly priced hotels which are by comparison an abomination (plain boxes with a door)! Hands down the best hotel in the Subic-Olongapo area in our view, especially if you are in for a Boracay-like, native “artsy” feel, uber-relaxing ocean view experience. I am only afraid that my review may attract more tourists to this tiny hotel than I would like because if it becomes popular it may make it harder for us to book a room in the future or perhaps it may become much more expensive to book a room. We plan to come back every chance we get.

Time Warp Pub & Hotel”
To say Harley’s is stuck in the past is a colossal understatement, but in a good way if you love classic rock & roll in a laidback and comfortable environment. They have made some improvements in the rooms that are welcome. But the real reason to stay here is always the friendly staff. They are still amazing and make you feel right at home. I’ll be back soon.

This time with a group of friends”
It was our 2nd stay here in a family beachfront room. I booked 6 rooms for our friends as well. All we can say is we'll be back next month for a much longer stay. Food is great and prices very reasonable. Rooms are clean and good surprisingly for a cheap price. Staffs are awesome and always had been since we 1st visited to eat when we checked in at Mangrove.

Has some of the friendliest and most helpful staff we encountered in Subic. Really went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The pub has a great atmosphere to it, with a nice selection of cold drinks and homely food. Rustic enough that you still feel that you are at the beach and in the Philippines.

Best in subic! ”
We stayed for two nights. Price is really good and its perfect if you booked the beachfront rooms. Staff were good and accommodating as well. They charged us for bringing outside food which is totally understandable but of course since we are Muslims and we are careful with Halal foods, there is no other option for us. We will definitely go back again.

I have stayed in Harley's Pub several times and this hotel have been very consistent in terms of providing quality service and room rates are very reasonable. Love the friendly staff and their food and drinks are awesome! All of their guests are also friendly :) Really love everything about Harley's and I keep on coming back for more!

Naked truth : over all stay is amazing ♥️”
Choose the room at the 2nd floor (room j) since it has the greatest view beachfront . The staff helped me prepared a wedding proposal for my girlfriend, everyone was accomodating, smiling all the time.. the staff even printed a letter for us, wishing us all the best in our enagement. ♥️ The room was fine, and the designs (tree branches) were good. The food were quite expensive, but its really good --- they have fresh ingredients so it all explains why its expensive. We eat three times since we really wanted to taste everything coming from their kitchen. 😭😭 Kodus to the staff and well definitely go back again! ♥️

Value for money and right on the beach.”
This is a wonderful,. laid-back, "beach bum" establishment. It is almost built out over the sea with its own, small, private beach below. Although the room furnishings would only rate as 3-star, they are in keeping with the casual image. The views of the sea, beaches and jungle clad hills from the beach-front rooms and restaurant / bar are "to die for."

Comfort Inn”
I've come here for years. Breeze comes in like no other resort along the coastal zone there; all places where the Europeans come, etc. Harley's is owned by a couple of very well liked Swedes, and has the most relaxed atomosphere of all of the hotels/resorts. It has excellent food and craft beers and Sports TV. It merely lacks a pool, like nearby Johan's or Viking. But, you can walk to the beach and get in almost anywhere along the coast. Don't think it is off limits.
