quiet place far away from party hostels ”
Lovely hostel with very nice owners. Extremely clean. Internet limited by the voucher but you can get an extra one, also while in the lounge free motueka wifi avaialble. Love the free fruit bowl in the kitchen :)

Good location, but lots of negatives”
+ Well located opposite the i-site + Large kitchen and social space + Convenient onsite parking + Reasonable value for money - The plug sockets in our room were on a timer, so the heater would regularly shut off so it was very difficult to keep the room warm - The room and ensuite were freezing even with the windows closed - The walls were so thin the crying baby in the room next door may as well have been in our room. Horrible insight into the realities of parenthood (haha) - Sadly we didn't get the same treatment described by other reviewers, the owners were really unenthusiastic and cold. A real shame! - We had already paid for our room through Agoda but they charged us again until I checked the app and realised we had already paid. The process of a refund was a massive hassle. The female owner was clearly flustered as she hasn't had to do many refunds, she went away and sought the help of her husband who instead of coming out to assist just left her to it. She had to go back for his help multiple times. I thought this was unprofessional on his behalf to keep us waiting and not help out. I really hate to leave negative reviews, maybe we were just unlucky with our experience and caught the owners on an off day. It is the end of a possibly exhausting high season to be fair!
