I highly recommend Havendwell Beach Resort because they have 1. Very clean rooms; 2. Friendly staff; 3. Toiletries, provided; 4. Bed linens are so fresh that you want to stay inside your room; lastly, A home away from home. I believe they offer not just the rooms but also the hospitality that the people of Camiguin possess. At the end of my stay I am saddened because I will leave the serenity of the island.... Which I am driven to come back again.

Great Choice, No Regrets”
True to its name, Havendwell was indeed my haven/dwelling for a number of days. This beachfront resort should be on top of your list if selecting properties within the Mambajao area. (1) Their staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. It was lovely to meet all of them. They are ready to assist any time of day with whatever last-minutes concerns you may have. (2) Breakfast options were amazing. Food selection was good, only no brewed coffee. (3) The room was spacious and complete of necessities which some other more expensive resorts in the area don’t have. (4) It has a perfect view of White Island. (5) More affordable rates for pickup service, tours, and all. Thank you so much for an extraordinary experience.

Almost perfect...”
First comment is the staff, they were absolutely superb! Very warm, welcoming, and accommodating. The hotel is located near other facilities and plenty of dining options. The room was great; very clean, amenities, and air con worked well. The only reason this is not perfect, is the facility is currently going through renovations and caused a few inconveniences but nothing too serious.

Its a bit of a walk to the main food street . But it has a restaurant beside it. Food prices in the resort menu ranges to 200 to 400 per meal. Room is clean but door is glass to have a view of the ocean. It has blinds for privacy.

Mitch and Nicole were very hospitable and helpful on our request for transportation and trips. They managed to arrange me and my hubby the motor bike and mobile unit to rent. Our room also have a nice view of the beach.

Location is central. It's along the main road so you won't miss it. The staff are very accommodating and they really go out of their to assist their guests. They're also very courteous and friendly. Good value for money. It also has a great view of White Island.

Middle class hotel with variation of room and lovely staff ”
Great location between highway and sea. Room with sea view is very good size but a bit hard king size bed. Bathroom very simple. Standard room on ground floor is ok in size but the water pump behind the wall start evey 2-5 minuts and DESTROY completly any kind of sleep. That room is sold for standard price but is not even worth 1000peso. I paid 2500 and that room is the worst room I stayed in the last 3-5 years (I travel regulary with at least 200 hotel nights/year). Hotel manegement didn't even bother to say sorry....! Sea just outside the hotel and ok beach with typical black fine sand. Ocean view on upper floor a bit small but better bathroom with fridge. Queen size bed placed close to wall is comfortable. Staff is amazing and so nice and friendly. Doing their job excellent but the contact between staff and management seems unfortunately not working because we told staff about the standard room and the terrible noise that shouldn't be rented out and no feedback from owner. Zero point to ownership !

Beach resort with dirty beach”
There is a reason why they use pics of an indoor location as the beach is an embarrassment. This property consists of 4 rooms, a reception and a small beach front with dirty sand. The volcanic rock sand is dirty in colour but they do not clean whats washed up in the tide too often. From the balcony all I could see was the plastic corrugated roof from the area below. Is has a sea view. They did give us more towels when we asked. If you are considering Camiguin as a destination, I'm sure you could do better. It was expensive for low quality.

We stayed only for one night. The staff was helpful and you could rent a motorbike. WiFi connection was fast and stable. Room itself was not so clean, with dust and hair in several places. The worst was the bathroom, it was not pleasant to be in there. When taking a shower, the whole floor and toilet became wet. We could not recommend this hotel.

Ups 1. The 2nd floor rooms are beach front 2. The hotel offers pickup via multicab but with a fee 3. The staffs are friendly, accommodating and punctual particularly their driver Kuya Dodong 4. With unlimited free filtered water refill 5. You can rent from the hotel the multicab for whole day to visit the tourist spots 6. The hotel also offers massage service Downs 1. No in house restaurant but there is 1 beside the hotel 2. No swimming pool
