Great Stay”
We were passing through Camden and needed a place to stay the night. Even though the booking was a last minute booking to price was excellent. The staff are friendly and helpful and the room was great. If you're in the area and need a place to stay check out the Haverstock Hotel.

A nice experience”
It is a pleasant hotel. It has to be seen in the context that the rates are very reasonable for London accommodation. For the price: It is clean and the staff are very polite. (Thank you, Alexandria) There is a good continental breakfast. The beds are very comfortable and the showers are very nice. The location is in a nice part of Hampstead with the tube station nearby. It feels good and safe without the crowds but there are lots of amenities just a few steps away. The decorations are stylish. The rooms are small and there are no lifts so if guests already expect that, then there will be no unpleasant shocks. It is a 3 storey walk up. It is suited to mobile travellers, on the go. It starts you off with a nice breakfast and welcomes you back with nice powerful showers and a good bed. And you don't feel you have paid too much. I will be back.

Business & Now Play”
Stayed on 3 previous occasions, whilst in London on business, so staying for leisure was an easy decision. Very good location, with excellent transport links, nice little Hotel, only observation would be that they should find a better Bathroom designer, as the sink/basin unit is very modern, it is a bit of an obstacle, but does not stop me re-booking.

Nice , very nice”
Simple and honest. Rooms are small but stylish. Nice and clean. The beds are very comfortable and the showers are nice and hot. The staff are very helpful warm and friendly. Thank you , Alexandria and Janovia;)) I come stay twice a year for the last 3 years and tell all my friends about. The tube and shops are just outside. There is a good warm breakfast buffet. Now all that is Good value. I will be back.

Poor staffing and noisy ”
When I arrived the gentleman behind the desk asked us to wait because the system was updating. I asked if he could cancel the update just so we could please get to our room and then he could continue after, he said no because he started two hours ago, it was on 61% so potentially another hour or so to go. We waited and waited 20 minutes until he eventually let us into a room with the master key but we couldn’t have a key of our own. It was 01.15 so very late after a very long day. Then at 6.45/7am the noise from the staff outside the room was horrific and it turns out we were next to the kitchen so very little sleep was had. All in all a pretty poor place to stay. This is the first review I’ve written from many stays, it clearly stands out for all the wrong reasons

Noisy room, clinical, poor”
Breakfast 'hot' section was cold, staff not so friendly in breakfast room, very noisy room till 3am ( music/shouting outside hotel, room very basic needs remodel, heating not great, security poor(fire exit door accessible from street( no lock) so anyone could walk in

Above average”
We returned Saturday evening around 10pm to find our room card would not let us in our room. No one at reception, we called various numbers including one to call if you couldn’t get in the hotel’s main door. No answer, went behind the unmanned reception desk, which is. the hotel claims is manned 24hours, we eventually found a Mastercard that would allow us entry to our room, fortunately for the hotel as we discussed breaking our door through!! No one at reception the next morning, 8.10am when we left either.

Room was great, comfortable and had all the extras (coffee machine, iron, TV, suitcase stand). Bathroom was gorgeous and well lit, shower was lovely and a waterfall one. Would love to stay again

Good enough location but dark and dingy. The room was quite dirty, dusty, grubby marks up the doors and walls....marks on bedding. The receptionist was more interested in talking to her boyfriend than me. OK if you bring some bleach

We like staying in the store room on furnished condition. However, the bath room is very clean and hygiene.
