Very good”
Great location near the national art museum and roppongi hills. Many convenient stores around. Saizeria for affordable family restaurant for a family w small kids. For adults, lots of options for night outings. We have multiple kids w us so we used Uber eats and that was perfect. They had soft serve available for the guests and my kids enjoyed having that whenever they wanted to. The room was clean.

Excellent location, very clean”
Clean and cosy home feel. Will return to this hotel as a solo traveller. Small rooms are a norm so not much fuss. Hotel amenities are replaced daily even when I didn't ask for room service.

Convenient location for business travellers”
Room slightly small, but facilities are complete with self service laundry, free VOD which impressed me.

Super compact”
When you open the door to walk in you have to stop because the bed is right there. the bathroom shower requires you to hold your arms down just to turn. The room was so small you could only sit on one side of the bed, the other 3 sides were tight to the walls. They have 2 english TV channels only. The one nice perk was the free ice cream machine in the lobby. Staff was very friendly and spoke English very well.

If you looking for a convenient location Act hotel is good, close to convenience stores restaurants just one block behind to Roppongi Hills, accessible to go to Omotesando, Shibuya, Azabujuban .., good but with little space and the shower is also very good but micro, and in the morning there is a lot of noise from the staff but offers free coffee and you can also have free ice cream,

Parking”
When I filtered my search results to look for hotels with parking Act Hotel came up as one but when I checked in they said they did not have parking. I ended up having to pay for parking which is very frustrating.

Near Roppongi station. They have free soft ice cream. You can also extend 1000 yen per hour.

I am lucky to book it earlier but when I check with the staff about my room pricing, they told me the room I am staying the price of one night is more than the price of my 3 nights.

the room is simple but with all i need. the hotel is easy to locate and near to convenient store and the subway station

Terrible place to stay if you party in roppongi”
This hotel doesn’t understand that they are in the party district. If you pay for a single room that can fit 2 people, go out to party in roppongi at night, meet someone that comes back to hotel with you the hotel staff won’t let the two of you in. Neither my guest or myself have experienced such rudeness in years living in japan. Safe to say my guest was beyond embarrassed and ended the evening prematurely. I would never stay here unless you are above the age of 50. Plus the hallways and rooms smell like sewage.

I don't recommend it for consecutive nights.”
They gave me only three towels every three days (foot mat, large towel, and small towel), so I was able to wash my hair every three days with long hair, which was a bummer. And in the case of consecutive nights, they only clean the room once a week on Tuesday, but I came in and went out on Monday, got cleaned the day after I came in, and spent the rest of the time in a not clean room. If I had known this part in advance, I would have packed my towels or cleaning tools. It would be good to refer to other guests.

I enjoyed my first stay here and decided to go again. I like the manga library and ice cream machine, and the proximity to Roppongi Hills is great for restaurants and museums. Unfortunately, I kept getting that gross Tokyo sewer smell in the room a few times a day. Also, the bathrooms are pretty tiny (no bath)

Value for money this place ticks all the boxes! From the moment I got there I was early, the kind service lady allowed me to leave my bag. When I returned to get into my room my bag was there. The room was small but it’s perfect, everything you need, was super clean, shower was powerful, coffee machine, fridge in there. Free coffee and even free ice cream. Not far from the station to go anywhere, restaurants close by, Lawson’s and family mart just outside. I would stay here over and over again.

Great hotel but militant staff”
Enjoyed the hotel but 1st floor layout is weird and unsettling. recommend booking higher floor as my room was gloomy and the corridor is weird. unlike other places I've stayed, having a girl stay over a few nights will incur the staff chasing and calling you out on not being a solo traveller and force you to pay a surcharge. they are also militant about prompt checkout and will force you to pay extra for sure. didn't enjoy the service experience here but hotel was nice overall.
