Amazing hotel and amazing location ”
Everyday we looked at Tokyo from 50 floors up and never got sick of it. We stayed for a week with our 1 year old son who had a blast . We travel all over the world and stay at many different hotels and this is hands down one of the top 5 in the world. We had tears leaving and coming home

Excellent blend of east and west”
This is a beautiful hotel, well situated near Hibya Park, Ginza and the Imperial palace. The decor is a blend of contemporary Japanese and western esthetic, excellent facilities. The pool and spa are excellent.

Glamour design with numerous stunning details, and good hospitality ”
Location is great, very close to station and restaurant nearby. Its design by Tony Chi, you can enjoy the glamour design and his stunning details everywhere. Did enjoy breakfast in its restaurant which is impressive. Common facility including bar, restaurant, lounge, roof terrace, studio and swimming pool. Room facility including 40"TV, large bathtub for 2, shower, mini-bar, lounge chair and sofa..etc.

Just ok”
We feeled some staff were looking down on us because we were not japanese and couldn’t speak the language since the arrival we have to find our own way to check in they weren’t at all tell us where to go. The rest of our stay were ok. The view were spectacular

Great overall”
Very clean and nice hotel. So far the best hotel in Tokyo. Only weakness is that you have to walk a little to the metro station, but it's not a long walk.

stunning tokyo tower view”
Attentive and well English speaking staff, very comfy room with stunning Tokyo Tower view, cute bathrobes and slippers, welcome drink n snack is a plus, staff gave us a candy box when check out, so lovely, definitely worth a stay Business area around, heaps of restaurants at the street from the JR station, and there is a white doraemon in the mall downstairs, can visit it if you are a fans :)
