Good hotel, small size (expected) but has everything you need. I wish we can use the stairs (No stairs usage, which can be a fire hazard) Also, lifts tend to be blocked because there is ONLY 1 LIFT for that whole building and really wish we could have used the stairs, will be much more convenient

Lobby was beautifully decorated, room was clean and modern-looking, price was good. I really appreciate APA hotels for looking great and not being overly pricey for it. It's located in not overly obvious place (you'll be fine with GPS, tho) but you CAN get to Tokyo station on foot in about 15 minutes, which is great. I always prefer staying at hotels close to yamanote line stations. The only down side to this hotel is the size of the rooms - for solo traveler like me it was acceptable tokyo-hotel-sized room, but I'll avoid booking it when traveling with someone. There's barely a place to put your suitcase, two suitcases are impossible, i'm afraid. So my recomendation is to check the size of the room in description before booking!

Excellent location, walking distance to the various stations, including Kyobashi, Ginza, Tokyo, Nihonbashi. Easy access/walking to the street of Ginza with lots of shops and restaurants. Great location!! Clean room with full amenities. Very small rooms but was sufficient.

I like the hotel because my flight came early and back late and I had to leave my baggage at hotel. The staffs allowed me to put baggage there so I could go out and come back at checkin time. This is convenient for many travelers. Location is good as it is near main station which is connected to airport.

Standard Double - Non-Smoking is too small”

I traveled with my wife and a 2 years old child. I reserved a Standard Double - Non-Smoking room but it was too small. The picture you see on Agoda website is not like real room. The hotel location is good and the room is clean.

Excellent location”

Location was excellent, hotel was very close to the stations for asakusa and Ginza subway lines meaning most of Tokyo’s attractions was accessible. Walking distance to Ginza district. It was also easy to get to Haneda airport from this hotel. Several convenience stores surrounded this hotel making it easy to grab a late night snack. Location is as good as it gets. Hotel room was expectedly small as it is for almost all 3/4 star hotels in Tokyo however, room was well equipped with a kettle, mini bar and daily necessities were replenished. The shower was of good water pressure and consistently warm- I was able to have a nice warm bath every day. Aircon worked well and all these touches led to a rather pleasant experience As for the downsides, mattress was saggy and seemed to be in need of a replacement, pillows were flat and stiff. Just one lift was available to service 11 floors so Long waiting times during peak hours. Tiny lobby meaning lobby gets congested whilst guests are waiting for the lift. There was also a surcharge of 1000 yen to check in just one hour early than the standard check in time of 3pm. Initially, arrived at 7am and deposited luggage - arrived later on in the day, just past 2pm thinking that the room should be ready for check in. However, had to pay the surcharge which I complied with as I was exhausted after an overnight flight And roaming the streets prior. Not sure if the surcharge is standard practice in Tokyo but I did wish that there was more flexibility in check in time given that it was only less than an hour prior to official check in time, plus I’d paid for a 7 night stay AND the room was already ready

Great location, a room is clean and good service from staffs but there was only one problem which I would like to complain about a broken airconditioner in our room. The temperature was not adjustable. We could not sleep well cos it was too hot.

Location is really superb ! Would stay again if we are coming back to Tokyo . Room is small but very clean. Good place ! Highly recommend if you are exploring around Ginza (10-15 min walk), Tsukiji market, Asakusa area, Akihabara area are a few metro stops away ! Really convenient

Room, although small, is equipped with a fridge and a kettle, robe, toiletries (but no body lotion), hair dryer and even a shoehorn. They certainly are strict with the check-in time. Even if you try to get your room at 2pm, they won't let you, unless you pay a surcharge. Told to come back in an hour. Then you come back at 3pm, and there is a long queue to check in. So after arriving Tokyo early in the morning, and wondering around until you are so tired and can't wait to check in, you find yourself standing and waiting in line. So bear that in mind when you book this hotel. Location wise, it's great. Walking distance to Access Narita bus and pickup point for day tours and lots of shops, restaurants and convenient stores.

GOOD LOCATION”

near to subway ( Ginza Line) , quiet neighborhood.. if u travel with big luggage then u might want to reconsider this as the size of the room is very small, only 1 luggage can fit in or more ( small luggage). No water will be given , they will give u free water if u didn't want to change your bed sheet. ( for long stay ) There's a Family mart ( 24/7) hours in front of the building and Lawson ( cross the road)

Staying for a few days”

We only went to sleep and take a hot shower or bath.. u can also leave ur things before u check in and out.. it was just 2 mins. Walking distance to family mart & kyobashi station which was included in our 72 hours unli train ride (toei & metro tokyo line)

Excellent Hotel at an affordable price”

The hotel was very clean and in a very close proximity to Tokyo Station. Situated in a quiet area, it was really peaceful to sleep at night although i felt that the room was a little small for my size.

Cosy room, quet location, good stay”

This hotel is at a quiet side street. It is a 5-10 min walk to restuarants and shopping at Ginza. Also close to subway. Hotel was clean, but the room was tiny - probably expected it in a city like Tokyo. Overall had a good stay.

The hotel is very close to subway, so it is very easy to take public subway, everythings is very good, clean room, good service , staff can speak English very well, only one thing about this hotel is very very small room, we must take our baggage on the dressing desk, there have only hanger, no have the closet in the room,

I declined to further comment due to my personal objections to the hotel owner's pro-history revisionist stance save and except that maybe agoda should have consider the fact that the owner leaves somewhat controversial reading material in dual languages in the rooms that may cause some distress or at least concern for some of their hotel guests.
