Convenient if you're going to Suntory Hall”
I book for a concert I was seeing at Suntory Hall and was happily surprised by how convenient this location was. Otherwise, it's a bit out of the way for everything else, and I wouldn't rebook. Room is standard basic APA: small, no frills and dependable. Like with other APAs, I wouldn't stay longer than a night or two and wouldn't recommend for couples.

Hotel was Just “Ok””
The staff was friendly and very helpful . The interior of this hotel was great but what I didn’t like about is the location you have to walk 12 mins to go to the subway stations and the area is kinda quiet , its kinda away from restaurants and other entertainments. The room amenities was just ok but they use paper cups instead of glass or reusable one, for me the bed is not comfortable , they don’t use top fitted sheets incase the guest doesn’t want to use the comforter or the thick blanket because the room temp is not cold so when I use the thick blanket i feel hot and I couldn’t sleep because of it. The good side of this hotel is they are giving complimentary bottled water on your 2nd day, and they make / clean the room everyday and they consistently refill the toiletries everytime.

It is one of our most important jobs to satisfy our guests on their arriving at our hotel. As for the location, our hotel is a little bit far from restaurants and Roppongi Eki which is on Hibiya Line. On the other hand, the nearest station is Roppongi Itchome that is on Namboku Line, which takes you about 5 mins to the hotel. Thank you very much for giving us important advice about our amenity. As you know, not using paper cups are getting to be global standard. We are going to share your opinion and discuss that. About free water, we are giving one to the guests from 2nd day. We are sorry for inconvenience about our blanket. We will discuss this problem as well so that more our guests are satisfied with our rooms. Thank you for providing the information in detail. The placement is good if it works for you, but there wasn't a lot around this place for us. Also a bit difficult with transport sometimes. Otherwise clean, good tv alternatives and size, comfortable.
