The stay was great, however, the room isn't that spacious, it barely fits 2 luggages in it. There's a 7-11 and Lawson across the street, very near to Tsukiji Fish market and Tsukiji station. We did transfer to Osaka by Tokyo station main hub, and it's just 4-5km away.

Value for Money, Nice Room”
10mins walk from Tsukiji station, 10mins walk to famous Tsukiji Outer Fish Market. Nice Room & value for money, good for solo traveler or couple holiday.

best place to stay in Tsukiji area. value for money...just few minutes walk to Tsukiji Market (be ready for food coma). the best and fresh sushis and sashimis i've ever tasted.

Rooms are small but clean and only walking distance if you plan to visit Tsukiji fish market.

Small room but great location for me.”
The room was a bit tight, but I was able to adapt ok. Laundry on second floor was handy and cheaper than Laundromat across the road. Staff was friendly and helpful although they didn't speak much English. Location from fish market and restaurants was a short walk. Buses and station nearby as well. Google maps made it a breeze getting around. I would stay again but probably pay a bit more for a bigger room.

The hotel is clean and the bed is comfortable. It is located within 5 minutes walk to the nearest subway station, 15 minutes walk to the fish market. There are a few small grocery stores and 7-11 nearby.

I thought other bigger hotel rooms will be much more expensive but they weren't so it was huge mistake to book here, I didn't care for the breakfast too.
