Great hotel!”
Close to the train station with a convenience store right across the street. Breakfast buffet is very nice, the rooms are clean, and provided toiletries are nice. Room is small but well laid out and staff is very friendly.

Ok but Not the breakfast Area ”
The rooms are ok the staff are so good ... but breakfast hmmmm its Only tila 9:30am after that its close, no place To hang around and rest your tired feet before going UP To your Room and rest . The hotel is good for sleeping and accessible To busy area OF Ueno... but Not comfortable To habe breakfast or To eat or To just hang around take your time To rest because the only Restaurant or area they have at the lobby is always closed. Perhaps this should be consider that Not All travellers just sleep ON hotel, most are like ME too Who loves To hang around take time have Coffee enjoy the day enjoy the ambiance OF the hotel where am staying . Just Two Cents OF my thoughts.

On the other hand, we sincerely apologize for the unpleasant feelings regarding the restaurant in the hotel. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant is from 7am to 9:30 am. Lunch and dinner are not open on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. The entrance to the hotel restaurant may certainly be difficult to find out.In these cases, please feel free to conacte reception staff. Also,we are very sorry that I was not satisfied with the location of the hotel. In the vicinity of the hotel, stores other than the 24-hour convenience store may close early. A map is also available at the front desk, so please feel free to contact us. Thank you for your review and even more for your stay with us.
Clean - cheap - very small”
Hotel was very clean. They have only 1 elevator for all 13 floors so some mornings so plan accordingly if you are trying leave during the morning rush. The rooms are extremely small - the bed touches the wall on 3 sides and the 4th side didn't really have enough room to fully open my suitcase. That being said, it's convenient to Ueno station which can quickly get you anywhere of interest in the city. The windows have good sound insulation, although you should be aware they don't enable air conditioning during winter months - we ended up having to open the window to cool down the room.

Although the location is a bit far from JR Station (around 8-min walk), everything was good! Room was clean and service was great, especially all staff could communicate in English. I highly recommend this hotel to all of you!

Fall in Ueno”
The hotel is about a ten minute walk through several streets next to the station. It's surrounded by small restaurants. The staff was accomodating and friendly - even loaned us free umbrellas. The breakfasts was great for the price as well. Highly recommend this APA hotel rather than the one further away from the RR. This hotel is also very close to the Ueno Park and shopping street malls.

Take few minutes from iriya exit, near family mart , but few minutes walk to Ameyoko . Not recommend if you have big luggage heading to keisei line.
