Lovely hotel and perfect location ”
We loved our stay in this hotel. 5 mins walk to Bentencho JR station and 10 mins train ride to Universal Studios. There’s a family mart and a French patisserie just outside the hotel which is very convenient. The room is really nice and staff are pleasant to deal with. It smells amazing when you enter the main area. A hotel this size needs more laundry facility though. I wanted to do the washing but the machines were always in used.

Best hotel for family with children. Highly recommended.”
This is one of the best hotels we stayed while in Japan. We stayed in a delux triple room which had three single beds and plenty of space. The hotel is new with excellent service. The hotel is connected to JR Bentencho station via a walk way which was easy to find. There is also a Family Mart opposite the hotel. Plenty of restaurants nearby with reasonable prices. We will definitely come back to this hotel the next time we are in Osaka.

First time in osaka”
We enjoyed this hotel very much, the view from our room on th 41 floor was awesome and we had great access to universal studios as well as the Osaka aquarium. The hotel connects to the jr line which is perfect for getting around the city, and we enjoyed a wonderful dinner in the restaurant on the 20th floor, the staff were wonderful and helped us in any way we needed!

Incredible Views!”
This hotel has the most incredible views from the bedrooms, ours was on the 46th floor and wow! The room itself was lovely, the staff were friendly and helpful and there were a number of great restaurants and bars. Breakfast was delicious with huge variety. Cannot recommend this hotel enough!

Good location and excellent hotel”
Excellent hotel. We had the room with 3 beds on 31st floor and view was wonderful. Extremely convenient to supermarket, McD and other food places. Well connected to the other metro station with JR and Subway lines and also signs from station to hotel is really good.

Great place to stay”
I stay around 6 nights with family. I have listed as topics as 1. Room is clean and large. 2. There is coin washing machine on ground floor. 3. There are family mart on 2 floor which can continue to train station 4. There is supermarket close to hotel. 5. You can walk to mega donquijote bentencho (not close but can walk around 700m) 6. Close to USJ (Free shuttle bus) 7. Great breakfast and great view

Great location”
Just one train ride from Kansai airport to the hotel (Bentencho station), no transfers. Exiting the station walking to the hotel was very stroller friendly. Plenty of establishments just outside the hotel: 24hr Family Mart, Burger King, restaurants, Daiso, grocery store, and Solaniwa Onsen. A couple of restaurants in the hotel building as well. Just a 20-min train ride to popular attractions such as Universal Studios, Tempozan, Dotonbori. Booked a room with 3 twin beds, very clean and spacious. Definitely recommend!

Very nice and clean room. However, like most hotels in Japan, it is small and cozy which can make packing a little difficult. The toilet was nice and clean, but cold air rushes in through the toilet door gap and onto my feet when sitting on the toilet bowl. The hotel is located conveniently within a 5 minutes walk to the 2 stations operated by JR and Osaka Metro which makes travelling by train a breeze. There is a convenience store located just outside the entrance at level 2.

Top notch”
This hotel was a dream for families with small or multiple children. Train station is in walking distance along with family mart, grocery store, daiso and restaurants right out the hotel door! I would absolutely stay here again!

Nice & Easy access to train”
Super nice for 4 of us with space, with a single bathroom but the toilet/bath is separate so it's fine. Super near the train station for ease of travelling.

1 million dollar view”
all the room in the highest floor of the tower and the hotel have 51 floors and big foyer to welcome you . Hotel staffs polite and happy but the hotel policy do not let you check-in early even 1 hour . Here, the bathroom have more than enough supply cream for man or woman . The highest core is the view from hotel's window that I love it to watch it from early morning or night time .

Excellent location with JR and subway very close by. Family Mart is right in front of the hotel. Large supermarket is only 5 minutes away. The view from our window is the best even better than from Hepfive ferris wheel.

Parking was 1000yen per night which is already considered one of the cheaper options. Ample parking spaces. Many restaurants and supermarkets around the hotel. This was our 2nd stay. Breakfast at the top of the hotel is a must.

Nice place. Convenient location”
Very ritzy hotel in a great location. Good alternate hotel to stay at when all other hotels around Universal Studios are booked. Speaking of which, this place is only a 15-minute train ride from the theme park.

It’s a great hotel when you have kids and part of your vacation is visiting USJ and other key spots”
The hotel is a affiliate of USJ. It also has a free shuttle to USJ but I think aside from that their located right in the Bentencho station which can be a good starting point to other tourist spots like Dotonbori and Osaka Aquarium. Their staff are professional but as expected a little challenged with English like most places but will do their best to help. One unexpected benefit is you have your own mobile gadget per room which can help you with navigation and some phone calls.
