Superb hotel”
We arrived earlier that check-in time. The hotel allowed us to leave our luggage first. They gave us like a luggage ticket to redeem our bags during check in. The counter is open 24 hour so there is no problem if you guys arrive even at the midnight. We put the sign ‘don’t disturb’ in front of our room. But they would leave clean towel, bath robe, and other small things in front of our door. It so nice of them. The location is near to a supermarket, 7eleven, and daiso. And of course really close to train station like 3 minutes walk. Overall, we have a really pleasant stay in Tokyo. Will stay here again in the future 😄

Awesome”
Location is great. 1min walk from the train and bus station. They’re cleaning the room everyday and staffs are great. Will definitely recommend this and will be back for sure. Thank you, Smile Hotel! You really make us smile with your service! :)

This hotel is located very close to the train station, the staffs are very welcoming, the rooms are clean and all facilities are working perfectly, it will definitely be my permanent hotel in Tokyo each time i want to lodge.Thanks for your hospitality guys

Hotel is a 7 min walk from Ayase Station. Many restaurants and stores near the area. Best place to do your shopping for beauty products and eat affordable yet yummy foods. Room a bit dark though. Hotel has laundromat on the 8th floor. Room is clean and staff were so friendly.

Good Choice”
The location is near the train station and there are lots of convenience store and restaurants nearby. I loved that they clean everyday and our place was constantly clean (aside from our own clutters). We loved it here.

Cleaning staff were really friendly and nice and most of all hardworking. Cleaned our room everyday.

Highly recommended for non central district hotel”
The hotel is near the metro station. It is also near great dinning places with very good food. Near convenience stores as well. A bit far from Tokyo central district. But if a 20 min train ride does not bother you then I highly recommend the place.

Very near Metro and Jr station. Very clean room. They change towels and make up room daily.

We stayed for 3days. Some staffs were so welcoming,but some not. Hotel located near the station. And have a lot of supermarkets, restaurants and convenient stores. it is really comfortable. The room was cleaned every day. Tiny and clean. Uzbekistan 🇺🇿

accessible all areas by train or bus so it doesnt matter if the place is quite far the checkout time is quite early around 10am though

Air condition ”
We can’t change air condition. If it’s heater we can only change speed of heater. We can’t change it to cooler. Bad hotel ever.

nice and clean room”
although location is not in the centre, the room is very tidy and clean, 2 mins to supermarket which is a plus, recommend for solo traveller.

THE ROOM IS OKAY, BUT THE LOCATION IS FAR FROM EVERYTHING”
You need to change 2 lines everytime you want to get to Shinjuku, Roppongi, Akihabara, etc. So I think the location is not worth it. But there's many fast food franchise near by for late night snacks. The room is very small (semi double bed). But everything is quite clean. And they do free room service. So that's a plus. It makes the price reasonable.

Hotel with "Seedy" Guests”
Hotel is relatively close to the train station & has restaurants, mini markets & gambling establishments around it, staffs were friendly & room clean; we also got a good value price on the stay. However, the elevator smelled like cigarette smoke & when we checked out in the morning, our non-smoking floor smelled like cigarette smoke. Furthermore, during our 1 night stay, the guest staying beside/nearby our room was making unruly noises in the room & later in the hallway late at night. I also noticed a guest that looked drunk so the hotel's location with gambling parlors nearby may have something to do with the discomfort we felt.
