Best location and excellent service at affordable price”
It was my first trip to Jeju Island. I would definitely recommend Benikia hotel Jungmun to anyone who is visiting Jeju Island, especially Jungmun area. It's a clean and cosy hotel with friendly and kind staffs who would help you with everything you need. The receptionist spoke in English. He helped me to find my lost iPhone. Only 3 min from the bus station where also you can get on Airport limousine. Close to everything Cheonjiyeon waterfall, museums and other attractions including teddy bear museum, trick eye museum, play kpop, a chocolate museum and so on. Actually, it was just a 15min walk from everything. Also, it's close to Daepo Jusangjeolli Cliff and a beach.

The perfect stay!!”
For my first trip to Jeju Island, I took a lot of care to choose the most interesting places and also a place to stay where I can explore the island without much problem. To choose to stay at Benikea Jungmun Hotel was the right choice, the location is right in front of the ocean, and of course it is right beside the Cheonjeyeon Waterfalls one of the must stop in Jeju, everything with a friendly distance of walk, I highly recommend it! The breakfast has a lot of options from Korean to American style, I highly recommend it!

It is the one of best place to stay with reasonable price. I strongly recommend you to stay here if you have short visiting schedule to Joongmoon with a budget.

Room was spacious. Several eateries located nearby. Walking distance to Cheonjeyeon Falls. Onsite parking was very narrow so offsite parking abt 2mins walk away is recommended.

Staff and location”
The hotel is located ca 15 km west from downtownJeogwipo close to the Jungmun Tourism complex ( but not within) . Jungmun post office station ( shows as Jungmun transfer station on the sign board in the bus) is 2 minutes from the hotel making it an ideal location to explore the west/ centre of the island using public transport. Buses 181/182 provide convenient direct access to/from the airport . Walking to the beach takes about 20 minutes ( ask staff how to get there) .Convenience stores, bakery, coffeeshops , etc are within easy walking distance . The room shows signs of wear but was quiet, clean , adequately furnished the seaview clearly the most attractive feature. All staff speak sufficient English and are very helpful incl when it comes to navigate the public transport system.

Pleasant Stay”
The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean only that during winter they on the heater and my sister's room was abit hot and stuffy so got to open the window. My room is ok as it's on the upper floor. Easy to reach by bus 182 from the airport.

Rude Staff”
I'm really sad that I didn't have a good stay at Benikea Jungmun Hotel. First of all, the staff on the counter was very rude and he at first refused to even check to see if I had a booking. Then, instead of charging me the price that I locked on Agoda when I initially booked to stay at the hotel, he charged me an on the spot price which was around 40,000 won more than I had originally been told through Agoda. I will never be staying there again.

Cheap and old hotel”
This hotel doesn’t offer a safe deposit box in the room. We have three persons staying in a triple-bedroom but everyday the cleaning lady only provides two bath towels. The hair dryer didn’t work on the first night and we had to request to change it. Their underground parking is extremely small and we had to park a block away from the hotel in a construction site per the front desk’s instruction. Location is not that close to attractions. The hotel doesn’t provide body lotion too. There is a local market nearby where things are cheaper than convenient stores.

Cozy and value for money”
I like how there were many food stores ard, not forgetting the convenience stores and all. Room was cozy and toilet was well maintained :) Staff on duty was pretty approachable too :)
