Staff always smile and can ask any info from them. Convenient store is really close to this hotel. And clean every corner in this hotel. Good and want stay here again.

Room is good enough for family with 2 kids. Location not far from Nishi Kasai Station (+/- 5 minutes walking) and many food stores around it. They provide shuttle bus from hotel to Disney and vice versa. Recommended hotel for who traveler with kiddos. I will back when i have holiday in Japan again. Thanks Best Western Nishi Kasai Grande.

Nice stay, not too far from Metro Station”
Staffs can speak in English. There's also a shuttle bus to Disneyland Theme Park.

Small but efficient! ”
Location was great! Just 2 blocks from the nearest subway station and one block from 3 different convenience stores (7-11, Lawson and Family Mart). Room was small but expected. However we were out at Tokyo Disney all 3 days and only needed a clean room to come back to and they cleaned it well. They did have a shuttle every morning/night but we didn't use it. Instead the staff was kind enough to provide us with alternate routes to Tokyo Disney, even giving us a sheet of paper with the different train times. Overall it was an excellent stay near Disney and very affordable.

Newer room compared to the other Rembrandt hotel nearby”
Grande has much better room than the other Rembrandt hotel in Nishi kasai. Better stay here.

Free shuttle bus to Tokyo Disney”
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel for 3 nights. Free hand warmers at the lobby is a plus, feel free to take it if you need. They have free shuttle bus service to Tokyo Disneyland, be sure to reserve it online at hotel official website before they run out. Staff is helpful and friendly. Subway station is 5 mins walking distance from the hotel. FamilyMart is on the left hand side while 7-11 is on the right hand side of hotel. Highly recommend

Very disappointed with their parking policy”
The only reason we picked this hotel was to go to the Disney Tokyo, which they advertised to offer free shuttles to the park. So as we planned to go to the parks for two days, we decided to go there early on the first day, leave the car on the hotel premises, take the shuttle to the park, come back and check in, and do the same the for next day... But we didn't think that their parking policy was so strict... apparently, unless you are staying for 3 nights, parking is allowed only from 3 pm to 11 am. So if you plan to leave the car on premise out of those hours, you have to pay for another overnight parking... Since we stayed there only for 1 night, we were told to pay for 3 days of parking if we were to leave the car to go to park. So we ended up bringing our car to the park, still pay for the overnight parking and bring the car to the park the next day too. Basically we did not enjoy staying a hotel that was close to the park nor offered the shuttle bus.

Great location n comfy room”
The room is considered big for Japanese standard. Like the amenities they provide, the even provide facial and hand cream. Lotsa convenient stores n restaurants around the hotel. Train station is about 6-8 minutes walking distance. Friendly staff of coz.

Great Location”
This is a good hotel if you are looking to visit Disneyland and DisneySea with the Hotel transport. It is also near the subway so it is accessible to other places connected the subway. There are some restaurants around the hotel so you can find reasonably decent places for various kinds of Jap cuisine.

We are very happy we chose Best Western Tokyo Nishikasai Grande, the rooms are comfortable, clean, and with a very friendly and accommodating staff. The front desk ladies were very helpful in providing us with directions and information we need, We enjoyed and are very pleased with our 3 days stay there. The buffet breakfast is very good. The hotel is very convenient to stores, and a short walking distance to the metro. We highly recommend Best Western Tokyo Nishikasai Grande.

Value for money”
The location for this hotel awesome. 5 min walk to nishi-kasai station and family mart convenient store is just next to it. There are aeon, restaurant, 7-11 nearby this restaurant. The breakfast provided taste good but comes with limited choice. The room is spacious compared to other hotel room in Tokyo. Another added value to this hotel are they provide phone and table for their guest although we didn’t use it. The staff is friendly and try their best to understand our needs. Will return to this hotel if i go to tokyo again and will recommend to others. Thank you. 👍👍👍

This hotel is very comfortable. The front desk staff who greeted us was very friendly and helpful.Excellent location! Walking distance to shop, food, Nishi-kasai Station etc.
